Join Us for the 21st Annual Sequim Lavender Festival!
This is the largest Lavender Festival in North America and attracts over 30,000 visitors from around the world. The Sequim Lavender Festival is a three day, first-class artesian event. The Festival includes free, self-guided lavender farm tours, a fantastic street fair, food, musical entertainment and more.
The Sequim Lavender Festival is one of the major events in Washington State and is produced by the Sequim Lavender Growers Association™ (SLGA). It is held in Sequim, Washington, on the scenic Olympic Peninsula.
The Street Fair has over 150 vendors featuring high quality handmade crafts. This is a juried show, and all submissions are judged on their overall quality and uniqueness.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We welcome all artists to apply and encourage the particpation of local Olympic Peninsula artists and craftspersons to this community celebration.
Agricultural, Candle, Fiber, Fine Art, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Paper, Photography, Pottery / Ceramics, Sculpture, Soap, Toys, Wearable Art, Wood, Other.
VENDOR SELECTION PROCESS
This is a juried show. We present a wide variety of artistic, quality, hand-made crafts and agricultural products to the public. All crafts presented and sold must be made by the artist submitting the application. The products may not include manufactured components, imports, or consignments and the artist must be present at the Street Fair. Vendors are monitored to ensure that the products sold reflect those presented in your application.

LAVENDER PRODUCT SALES
Please note that only members of the Sequim Lavender Growers Association may sell lavender (bundles, bud, sachets, culinary lavender or plants, or products containing lavender or lavender oil soaps, body care products, pet products, baby care products, aromatherapy, candles).

FEES PAID NON-REFUNDABLE
CRAFT AND BOOTH PHOTOS
Submit 4 digital photos** of your work and a photo of your booth. Photos will be kept on file. Items submitted to the jury must represent the different prices in your overall price range. Please label your photos with the product name and the item prices. All vendors must submit photos this year.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Please note that this event does not permit smoking or the use of tobacco products. All vendors and their respective employees, assistants or representatives are not permitted to smoke or use tobacco products anywhere in the Festival site. Vendors in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the Festival and the booth fee will be forfeited.
FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS
BOOTHS MUST BE FIRE-PROOF WITH TAGS per Section 2404.2 & 2404.3 of the International Fire Code® and ADDITIONAL HANGING FABRICS must have written proof of fire retardant treatment. This code will be strictly enforced; if you do not comply it may result in your removal from the festival without a refund.
The baseball field is once again open to vendors who require canopys with an “awning”. The number of FIELD BOOTHS is limited and available first come, first serve. We know it is important for some of our vendors to have this option to protect their goods.
