Event Summary
One of the Peninsula’s Premier Fall Festivals, the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce’s Art & Wine Faire celebrates its 27th year! The Faire covers both sides of San Carlos Avenue (between El Camino and Walnut) and down Laurel Street from San Carlos Avenue to Arroyo. The Faire is easily accessible from Caltrain and SamTrans. A wide selection (over 275) of high quality, juried artists and specialty food vendors present their beautiful work for Faire goers. Complimenting the artwork, the Faire hosts fine wines and microbrews, food vendors with delicious selections, entertainment on three stages and the Family Fun Zone with lots of hands-on activities for the kids.

General Information
Apply online: 
1) www.zapplication.org     Jurying through ZAPP includes a $25.00 application fee.
2) www.pacificfinearts.com     Jurying through our website's downloaded applicaton includes a reduced application fee of $15.00.

This application is open to artists and crafters who create their own works in the U.S. No application including imports or kits will be considered. No application including toys as weapons will be considered.

Free event postcards available upon request for artists' mailing lists. Digital postcard available upon request for artists' social media/email lists.

Rules/Regulations
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Through July 9       Space fee refunds given.
July 10 - August 27   Pacific Fine Arts Festivals credit slip provided minus $50.00 fee per space for cancellations.
August 28 - Show    Space fee is forfeited.

Booth Information
Space size and fees:
5x10 space: $200.00 + 10% commission
5x20 space: $250.00 + 10% commission
10x10 space: $250.00 + 10% commission
10x20 space: $500.00 + 10% commission

Set-up:
Saturday morning set-up begins at 5:00AM and is staggered every hour and 10 minutes. 
Oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers must unload and depart the site prior to the first scheduled entry time of 5:00AM.
Spaces are on asphalt down the middle of the street. Some with backs to a median.
Drive to space.

Security:
Overnight security provided.

Special requests:
Please indicate any special request on your application. Space requests are taken into consideration but cannot be guaranteed.
