Event Summary
2017 Stone's Folly Art Festival 
"Art under the Stars"
This will be the region's premiere juried Art Show & Oktoberfest in ONE location!
The Oktoberfest will feature live music, dancing and... beer / wine. This will be the largest outdoor Oktoberfest in the local region and will prove to be a great family-friendly event. There will be a great kids area featuring old-fashoned games like the classic hot potato race, three legged race, and horseshoes to name a few. A kids theatre is being planned as well. 
The Stone's Folly Art Fair is named after the fabulous 1880's Victorian Mansion built by E.R. Stone that originally occupied these grounds. The fair will feature 70 art booths and 20 fine craft booths. General Information
The Stone's Folly Art Festival has several juried catagories that are all welcome to the Stone's Folly Art Festival.   The Festival will be located on a flat field with a trimmed lawn and surrounded by an 8' fence with 24 hour security.  The area will be lit by stands of ambiant white christmas lights as well as overhead outdoor lighting. Each booth will have access to and electrical outlet but must supply their own light and extension cords.
***Each artist will be required to have their own tent for their artist space.***
Friday night will feature a Patrons "Friends of the Arts" cocktail party and fabulous hors d'oeuvres from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with a Jazz emsemble. Saturday morning will feature a free breakfast for all participating artists and 1 other person. 
A handicap parking area will be designated to aid any artists that need this assistance. (1) vehicle per artist. 
The Krische Craft Fair Applicants will have to send in information on the materials that they produce. 
***Only handmade Finished Craft items will be allowed. No buy/sell, factory made mass-produced, wholesale or readymade items may be sold.***
 

Rules/Regulations
The General Rules and Procedures of The Stone's Folly Art Festival
Booth Set-up starts at 8:00am on Friday September 29th.  (Early Set up can be arranged if needed)
***Artists must be fully set up by the Patron's Party NO later than 5:00pm.***
The Festival will go on till 11:00pm - Artists may start closing at 9:00pm, or stay open until the 10:00pm closing time if you determine it's to your benefit.
Artists must stay till 9:00pm on Saturday, September 30th. 
Awards will be announced on the main stage at the awards ceremony at 6:00pm September 30th.

Art 10 x 10 Single Booth - $125.00 (Power Hookups Included)
Art 10 x 20 Double Booth - $250.00 (Power Hookups Included)
Rental Tents Availible upon request.
Craft 10 x 10 Single Booth - $75.00 (Limited Power availible if needed)
Craft 10 x 20 Double Booth - $150.00 (Limited Power Availible if needed)
Rental Tents Availible upon request.

All spaces are enclosed within the fair grounds surrounded by an 8' frence with 24 hour security.

All Booth Speaces are on a first come basis- No Additional cost for Corner Booths - While they last!
***All Applicants must supply their own Tents, Lights, and Extension Cords.***
