Event Summary
 Because consumers are looking for something different we came up with Grill Fest! We are a festival focused on featuring 75 artists and crafters, offering FREE ADMISSION, with over 10,000 consumers attending, and as a way to be different and draw more eople we offer bacon and BBQ dishes. Plus - we are located in Coral Gables, Florida which is the most affluant area in Miami-Dade County. Within a six mile radius of the festival is South Miami, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, Gables Estates, Palmetto Bay all upper income neighborhoods. Finally, a major ad campaign helps get the word out. We use radio, social media, digital media, print, invitations to our data base of over 60,000 consumers we get the people and we get the buyers!

*Artist may not set up or tear down before the pre-determined time as indicated on our web site
*Only original work may be displayed 
*All art must be for sale
*No other items other than Art may be sold within artist booth 
*Check in is required with photo ID 
*Artist may only exhibit art which has been juried and this work may not be changed.

Street is marked on Friday 1/26/18 by 10:00 PM 
Street is closed at 8:00 PM 1/26/18
Set up may begin on 1/27/18 from 4:00 AM to  9:00AM 1/27/18
Show hours are - 10-6PM both days 
Tear down - 6PM to 12:00 Midnight 1/28/18

Booths are all located on asphalt. 
Exhibitors must be prepared for bad weather with rain cover, tie downs weights. Artist will be held responsible for any damages. 
Electricity is not available
All booths must a have an ABC fire extinguisher - you may buy them at Costco for just $30

You may not bring a generators without a permit from the city
