Jury Process:

There are approximately 105 spaces available. The panel of three jurors change each year. They are drawn from a pool of gallery owners, professional artists and Red Wing community members. Submitted images will be displayed along with your brief description of your work. All images in a particular category are previewed; scoring takes place during a second, in-depth viewing. Jurors individually score each entry on a scale from one to five. The highest composite scores in each category are invited to be in the show or on a wait list.

Please note: This is an outdoor festival so booth shots should be of your outdoor booth. High-quality photos are best for showing off your work, and if you are accepted, may be used in promoting your booth at the Festival.

Set up and check-in:
Friday, 5 pm – 8 pm
Saturday, 8 am – 10 am

Set-up starts on Friday at 5 pm afternoon until 8 pm and again on Saturday from 8 am to 10 am.  Vehicles must be removed from the street 1/2 hour before start of show on both Saturday and Sunday. No tear-downs allowed until 4 pm on Sunday. No traffic on street until after 4 pm.

Each tent must be weighted properly to ensure the highest degree of safety to artists as well as their neighbor and guests. Please call to discuss tent if concerned.  Potential evening storms have caused problems for umbrella type tents by blowing into other booths.

Racks, bins or other display elements may not be placed outside of the artist's space so as to restrict or impede pedestrian traffic.
