Event Summary

La Quinta Arts Festival is located on the spectacular grounds of the La Quinta Civic Center Campus, a short drive from legendary Palm Springs, California. The 13 acre Campus is a life-size picture postcard framed by majestic mountains, rolling green lawns, and a lake – a spectacular outdoor gallery. Hosting 220 of the nation’s foremost contemporary artists, this four day show attracts an affluent demographic and many wealthy snowbirds with second homes in the California desert. The festival runs concurrent with the HITS Horse Show which attracts the most accomplished equestrian riders in the world and is also the weekend of the semi-finals of the BNP Tennis Open. Artists will need to make their accommodation bookings well in advance.

Booth Information
The Civic Center Campus is not a typical flat football field setting but designed with undulating greens complemented by a lake and fountain in the center of the site. This spectacular outdoor gallery extolled by Art Fair SourceBook as “the most stunning festival site in the country”.

All booths on the thirteen acre Civic Center Campus are located on lush grass and must be staked according to the rules in the Artist Information Guide which is available on the LQAF website.  Being confirmed into Festival guarantees a standard booth which measures 12’x12’ and costs $275 which is due by December 1, 2018.   Artists fill out a Booth Request Form and may request a large booth – 12’x24’ ($325 additional) or an extra large booth – 18’x36’ or more ($525 additional).  The additional amount is due when Artists are notified by LQAF of their booth number. Electrical is an additional $150 and is limited to a maximum of 500 watts or LED lighting only. It may not be possible to accommodate all requests.

Artists may request the following for their booth:
