Event Summary
The Loveland Fine Art Invitational, produced by Vermillion Promotions takes place on August 9, 10, 11, 2019 during the nationally renowned Loveland Art weekend - a unique event in the art world, attracting thousands of art lovers and collectors from around the world the second weekend of every August. The event is in conjunction with Sculpture in the Park and Arts in the Park, offering three individual outdoor art shows taking place side by side on 29th Street, in and around the Benson Sculpture Garden, in the heart of Loveland. Located just forty-five minutes north of Denver, Loveland sits at the foot of the majestic Rocky Mountains, creating a scenic backdrop for this stunning outdoor display.
The Fine Art Invitational offers three days of world-class art, wine, food and music. Featuring over 150 jury selected fine artists from across the Country, exhibiting a vast collection of original works in a wide variety of medium and subject matter, including oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings on canvas; batiks, bronzes, stone, clay, glass and mixed media sculptures; drawings, metal, wood work, copper, ceramics, fine jewelry, and more.  Show patrons will experience the ambiance of strolling through the sculpture garden and outdoor gallery, while enjoying a selection of fine wines, event eateries and live musical performances.

Artist / Patron's Party
Friday Evening from 5:30pm - 8pm
Tickets - Each artist will receive 6 complimentary Patrons tickets - additional tickets may be purchased for $12.00/ea for Artists.

Terms & Conditions Contract
1.  Applicant's work must be of original design and personal execution.
2. All categories must be juried prior to acceptance.
3.  Artists must be present with their work for the entire three days of the Arts Festival. Representatives may not attend in place of the artist. The Arts Festival requires photo identification at check-in to ensure compliance.
4. Collaborating artists may apply to participate, but only joint work may be shown and sold.
5. One image of booth display and three images of current work are required for jury process. Entries will not be considered without a booth image. The booth image is used to judge appearance, professionalism and creativity and will assist in the determination of placement in the most advantageous location. Images must accurately represent the body of the artist’s work to be exhibited at the Arts Festival.
6. Images may be selected and used by Vermillion Promotions for marketing and  publicity.
7. *Only Emerging Artist Applicants may apply with a 5th image of their work instead of a booth shot.
8. There will be a $35.00 fee for all bank returned checks and cancellations.
9. No refunds after Acceptance
10. Artists must provide white fire retardant canopies and professional displays. Canopies must be clean and properly weighted. Tables must be draped to the ground, and pro-panels and pedestals used to display work.
11. Exhibitors display must represent artwork submitted for jury of this event. Misrepresentation will result in expulsion from the festival without refund.
12. All work, display and storage must stay within designated space.
13. Exhibitors must be checked-in and be setup up by 9am on opening morning or exhibitor may be considered a no-show and his/her space may be given away without refund.
14. Exhibitors must park in designated artist parking areas.
15. Set up times will be assigned, and breakdown times will be enforced. 
16. An artist who is selected by the jury and accepts the invitation to exhibit, must return the signed contract and booth fee by July 15, 2019. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in revocation of the invitation and immediate invitation of an alternate from the waiting list.
17. Vermillion Promotions reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules

Set-up Times: Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 6:00am to 9:30am.
All participants must be completely set-up and ready for business by 9:30am on Friday.

Space Assignments are made based on booth images, exhibit flow and artist's requests. The use of a location is restricted to the artist to whom it is assigned.

**All Fees will be discounted $10 if payment is made via check or money order.
