SYSTEM REMINDERS:

Exempt Status Allows Booth Purchases
We released an enhancement in April of 2015, that allows artists in the Exempt from Jury status to purchase booths. Previously, you had to move them to the Invited status and change your jury dates. Now, all you have to do is place them in Exempt, and ensure that your products are active and have quantities.

Legal Agreement Cannot be Edited After Going Live
As a protection for artists, the legal agreement section of your application cannot be edited after you authorize ZAPP to push your event live. Please be sure to check your agreement thoroughly and make all necessary changes before we publish your event listing.

What information is relevant in the weekly Wednesday email?
Artists, we want your input! As more and more shows have joined ZAPP, the weekly e-blast we send with upcoming deadlines and new shows has gotten very large. We are considering a redesign and would appreciate your feedback in a quick, 1-minute survey. CLICK HERE and share your opinion.

ZAPP Webinar Series: January 2016 Edition
The ZAPP Webinar Series for administrators taking place every third Thursday of the month will resume Jan. 21, 2016. This month’s topic is From a Juror’s Perspective… The webinar will feature an overview of the monitor and projected jury scorecard, tips for scoring most effectively, and changes administrators can make to customize their jury process.

Disabling Inactive Artist Profiles
Recently, ZAPP implemented a new scan for inactive profiles. Once per month, the system will identify any profiles that have not been logged into in 24 months. These profiles will be disabled and those artists will be removed from all mailing lists. If your profile has been disabled and you would like to re-activate, please email us at contactzapp@westaf.org.
