– Clickable Links in Events Calendar
All show names listed in the Events Calendar are now clickable links that navigate directly to the event’s information page, where artists can read the event prospectus and apply.
Within the My Zapplications page, the column headers are now sortable by clicking directly on the header titles.
– Added Upload Link to Edit Application Page
In order to attach images to a show application, artists must upload artwork images and booth shot images in the My Portfolio page.
To help ensure this workflow is easy to follow, there is now a more prominent link to upload images within the application page.
– Ability to Request an Image Download Link
Shows that request applicant artwork images can now be sent a downloadable link instead of waiting on a disc. These images can be used for marketing purposes, including on websites or printed materials. Administrators can continue to request a disc of the images — which gets mailed— if they do not want a link.
– Easier Access to the Help Center
We’ve made a small tweak to the Help Desk Ticket section for administrators. You’ll now see an easier way to access our help resources when you send a ticket. Your wait time to receive a response will never be too long, but you may prefer to find the answer in one of our videos or guides!
