– New location for “Collaborator” column in downloadable reports
Previously, in the downloadable reports, when an artist listed a collaborator within their profile, the collaborator name would appear several columns away from the primary artist. We have now moved the collaborator first and last name directly beside the primary artist column so it’s more apparent to an administrator when an artist is working with a partner.
FIXES
Help desk tickets were not being delivered to the ZAPP team. Administrators had to reach our directly by email until this was resolved.
– Bounce reports were not functioning for our ZAPP team
The bounce manager, bounce reports, and spam score reports, internal features that allow the ZAPP team to analyze our email sending reputation through Amazon Web Services, were not loading properly. The issue has now been resolved.
