The following updates have been made to ZAPPlication® over the past few weeks. Most of these enhancements are based on user request. To suggest an update to the ZAPP® system, please email the ZAPP® team at ContactZAPP@westaf.org.

Changes Affecting Artist Users

  1. Updated Contact Us Form
  2. The Contact Us link is located at the bottom of every single webpage within the artist side of ZAPPlication.org. Clicking this link opens a “Contact Us” form. Recently this form was updated to allow users to select from various email subject options. Selecting a specific subject ensures the email is delivered to the appropriate ZAPP® team member.

    Changes Affecting Administrative Users

  1. Status Change Logging
  2. When you’re on the Event Management page and you’re looking at the artist rows, there is a new link called “Status Change History.” This will display the history of status changes for that particular artist.

  3. Jury Scorecard Shows Collaborator
  4. If the administrator elects to show artists’ names during the jury process, the collaborator (formerly partner) will also display to the jurors.

  5. Reports Download in Different Formats
  6. Administrators can download the Contacts and Answers report as a CSV, Tab Delimited, or XLSX file. This was to address some of the issues admins experienced where the data was downloading in the wrong columns.

  7. Coupon Limits
  8. Coupons now have a “max uses” column. Admins can set the maximum number of times a coupon code can be used.
