Newest ZAPP® Features as of September 1

The following updates have been made to ZAPPlication® over the past few weeks. Most of these enhancements are based on user requests. To suggest an update to the ZAPP® system, please email the ZAPP® team at ContactZAPP@westaf.org.

Changes Affecting Artist Users

  1. Multi-Archiving of Applications

Artists can now archive multiple applications at once. After clicking the “archive” link under an eligible application, the user is taken to a screen that looks like the image below. He/she can choose from a list of available (eligible) applications to archive instead of having to archive each app one at a time.

  1. Jury Search Filters and Favorites are Moved

The “sort by” drop-down menu and the “Show Favorite Events Only” options were pulled out of the advanced search box so that they are more visible to artists.

Changes Affecting Administrative Users

  1. Product Editor History

Administrators can now see a history of the changes made to the product editor, including any products added and if the price or quantity has been changed. This tracking is especially helpful for organizations where multiple staff members actively work in the ZAPP® system as the log shows the administrative user who made the change, as well as the time the change was made.
