Christina Villa, ZAPP® Manager
Christina Villa is the ZAPPlication® manager. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of the ZAPP® system, executing long-term strategies, and directing the annual Arts Festival Conference, presented by ZAPP®. Villa has a solid arts administration background, gained from previous employment with the city of Aurora, Colorado’s Art in Public Places program, and the Colorado Council on the Arts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a public relations emphasis and a marketing minor from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Away from the office, Villa enjoys gardening and scouring local second-hand and used bookstores looking for novels to add to her classic literature collection.
Ruby Montana, ZAPP® Program Associate
Ruby Montana is the ZAPP® program associate. She is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the ZAPP® system and leading customer service correspondence. Montana earned a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature and a master’s degree in philosophy with a focus on aesthetics and epistemology from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has an extensive teaching background, and implements this when teaching clients about the ZAPP® system. Outside of academia and work, Montana is also a professional flamenco dancer, having studied and performed dance since she was five.
Roxanne Mena, ZAPP® Program Assistant
Roxanne Mena is the ZAPP® program assistant. She is responsible for supporting the ZAPP® team and the ZAPPlication.org project. Mena is a recent graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics. Before coming to WESTAF, she was a tutor for the AVID program at a local high school, providing her with skills utilized daily in training new clients and offering system support. Mena is a Colorado native and loves rooting for the Colorado Avalanche hockey team with her dog, Maximus.

Nancy Musser, ZAPP® Demonstration and Training Associate
Jennifer Perlow, ZAPP® Sales Associate
Jennifer Perlow is ZAPP®’s sales associate and is also the sales consultant for WESTAF’s Public Art Archive™. Arts play a central role in both her family life and work. She recently relocated to Denver with her daughter, a 6th grader at Denver School of the Arts, and her husband, Manager of Arts and Culture at Denver International Airport. Previously, Perlow owned and operated a fine art gallery as well as an art consulting firm in Columbia, Missouri. She helped grow the arts community there by creating community events and supporting not-for-profits such as the Museum of Art and Archaeology and the North Village Arts District (NVAD), including the NVAD’s Farmers and Artisans Market. Perlow’s extensive knowledge of fairs and events—from years of volunteering on boards, jurying art fairs and exhibitions, and booth-sitting for artists friends—will enable her to understand and meet our clients needs.
Natalie Villa, Technology Assistant
Natalie Villa is a technology assistant at WESTAF. She provides technical support for the ZAPP® and CaFE™ systems. Villa earned an associate’s degree in general studies from the Community College of Aurora and is currently pursuing a bachelor of fine arts degree from the Colorado Film School in Denver. Outside of her work at WESTAF, Villa assists in the production of a variety of short films and comes up with new and inventive ideas for her future film company.
Brittany DeBerry, Technology Assistant
Brittany DeBerry is a technology assistant at WESTAF, providing technical support for ZAPP® and CaFE™. She has a strong arts background, having studied art history and fine arts before earning a bachelor’s degree in film and television production at the University of Colorado Denver. DeBerry is active in the nonprofit arts, film, and media world, with a focus on outreach and developing community partnerships across the Front Range. During the warmer months, she volunteers with an organization that promotes stewardship of Colorado’s natural resources in the mountains and across the state.
