ZAPP: Artist Spotlight! Agreement I have reviewed the show information and agree to the following: By submitting an entry, [the submitting] Artist gives ZAPP® permission to post my artwork across ZAPP and parent organization, WESTAF, social media channels and blogs. Images posted by ZAPPlication will contain the proper credit, which [the submitting] Artist has provided through information in [the submitting] Artist's profile and within this application.  In accordance with section 5, Artist Representations, of the WESTAF Terms of Use, Artist represents and warrants to ZAPP that (a) the Artwork was created exclusively by Artist; (b) Artist is the sole owner of all rights in the Artwork; (c) by entering into this Agreement and submitting the Application and Artwork through the ZAPP® Service, Artist is not violating any agreement with any third party; and (d) the Artwork does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party (the "Artist's Representations"). Artist will provide ZAPP with appropriate documentation which establishes Artist's Representations in the form reasonably requested by ZAPP. Submission of an application for this event does not guarantee selection. ZAPP will select artwork to feature at its discretion.
