Event Summary
The Big Bear Fine Art Festival will be held outdoors, at the Bartlett Event Center, on September 24 - 25, 2016, and will be held in conjuction with the Village Business Association's Wine Walk.
​The Big Bear Fine Art Festival is a two-day celebration of the visual arts held in the heart of the Village.

The event is limited to 80 artists. Our goal is to provide a venue for creators of quality fine art and fine craft to meet with the art-buying public.

The Festival will be widely publized by West Coast Artists and the City of Big Bear Lake both locally and regionally.

​Don't miss the end of the season at beautiful Big Bear Lake, the VBA Wine Walk, and a friendly Scarecrow Festival competition.


General Information
The Big Bear Fine Art Festival will feature artists displaying their original work in all medium of fine and fine craft. Artwork will be juried for originality, quality, design and overall display.

​There is ample free parking, and artists will be offered discounts on lodging. The event is free to the public. Display can be set up the day prior to the event. There will be overnight secutiy on Friday and Saturday nights.
 You are invited to submit your application for admission. The Artist's Prospectus and Exhibitor Application include essential details on exhibitor participation and should be read carefully prior to application.

Rules/Regulations
Additional Policies


The Big Bear Fine Art Festival presents original work of exhibiting artists. We do not accept work of mass production studios, organizations or groups. No imports, commercial, or purchased for resale work. No clothing.

Exhibitors must be at least 18 years old.
Artists must be present with their work for the entire event. Representatives may not attend in place of the artist.

Artists may exhibit only in the category in which they were juried and may not display work in new categories without re-jurying.

Work must be consistent with submitted images.

Booth Information
Booth Fees:

$225.00 + 10% for 10' X 10' space
$375.00 + 10% for a 10' X 20' space
Corner is $50.00 additional

​Displays can be set up on Friday after 2:00 pm or on Saturday morning. Overnight security will be provided.

Displays must remain set up until 5:00 pm on both Saturday and Sunday, with NO exceptions.
