Event Summary
HottyToddy.com's Holiday Marketplace will be a premier and distinctive collection of exhibitors on December 3, 2016 from 8 AM-4 PM at The Jefferson Located in the historic and iconic Oxford, Mississippi, it is home to the flagship campus University of Mississippi and the famed late author William Faulkner. The bustling town of Oxford boasts rich history and love for the arts as the Double Decker Arts Festival debuts every spring and brings thousands to town. Creative and aggressive marketing efforts including ads & articles on Hottytoddy.com will be used to promote this Holiday Marketplace with their 1.8 million unique website visitors. The profits being donated to the University of Mississippi's Meek School of Journalism is Hottytoddy.com's main objective. Exhibitors will have prime exposure to the affluent Oxford shoppers - in 2015 Oxford had almost $1 billion in retail sales! The Holiday Marketplace will be a great place for shoppers to dive into the holiday season and celebrate. We hope to have many fun aspects to make the shopper's experience memorable.

General Information
Exciting elements at the show will include: 
Great food and refreshments will be available for all, including Hot Toddies, Mimosas, and Bloody Marys! 
Santa pictures! 
Over 18,000 square feet of event space!
Visiting local school children's choirs singing Christmas carols!
Free pipe and drapery for exhibitors!
Preview Soiree with silent auction FRIDAY DEC 2 6-8 PM
Each accepted exhibitor will be able to submit a bio and photos to have highlighted and promoted on social media leading up to the show!
Important Dates:
Extended Application date- September 7, 2016
Jury process - September 1, 2016 - September 12, 2016
Accept Invitation and Full Payment due by - September 26, 2016

Tickets for shoppers will be $5 and children under 12 will be free. Shoppers will purchase tickets at the door and online at Hottytoddy.com/Marketplace

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
The Jury/Application Fee and booth cost are non-refundable. 

Jury Process:
Hottytoddy.com and ZAPP® will conduct a jury process for 12 days following the closing of the application, September 1, 2016 - September 12, 2016. Approximately 80 exhibitors will be chosen for the show.
The jury will be comprised of arts industry professionals who will convene in one room and review all exhibitors' digital media submitted. The jury panel of 5-7 jurors will score each exhibitor on a scale of 1-5, and the top scores will receive invitations to exhibit. 


Set up information:
Set up will begin Friday morning at 11:30 AM, December 2, 2016 until 5 PM for the Preview Soiree from 6 PM - 8:30 PM Friday night. Specified times and information about the preview party will be emailed in the fall to invited exhibitors. Dismantling of each booth will be from 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM Saturday, December 3, 2016. Everything must be disassembled by 9:00 PM at the latest Saturday night. There will be plenty of free parking at The Jefferson.

Booth Information

Application Requirements: 
All exhibitors must submit a total of 5 images of their work and a booth shot. All will be submitted through this application. If you have any trouble uploading pictures, please email Meggie at meggie.carter@hottytoddy.com. 

Booth Sales: 
Sales are conducted through ZAPP via credit card. If there are any questions please email meggie.carter@hottytoddy.com or
call her directly at 860 575 4265. 

Booth Costs:
Standard 8' depth x 10' width - $300
Standard 10' depth x 10' width - $350
Premium corner or stand alone - $50 + standard booth cost

Round (60 in), rectangle (6 ft x 30 in) and high top tables and electricity can be provided for additional fees. They will be available to order once accepted.
Professional piping and draping will be provided free to accepted exhibitors.
