Event Summary
CHARLOTTE CONTEMPORAY: THE ART, DESIGN & FASHION EVENT OF THE YEAR IN CHARLOTTE! is produced by A&E Show Group, whose principals have a combined 30 years of experience in the art show business.  A&E Show Group is committed to bringing only the ‘best of the best’ to the event and will ultimately select about approximately 150 of the nation's top contemporary artists in the categories listed in this call. The artist selection process began as an invitational, and thus far approximately 110 of the available spaces have been filled.  We realize, however, that there are many talented artists we have not met, and so we have decided to utilize the services of ZAPP to ensure that all interested artists have a chance to be considered.  A&E Show Group is committed not only to bringing the very best artists to its events, we are further committed to presenting a balanced group of artists.  To that end, we will limit the number of artists in each of the categories detailed in this call. Please visit our website: www.charlottecontemporary.com.  We invite you to submit your application for review. Artists will be invited on a rolling basis and you will be notified immediately.

A NOTE ABOUT BRANDING AND LOYALTY
One of the most important jobs we will have, all of us, will be to develop and build our brand in the market. The importance of this task cannot be
overstated. For this reason, shopping bags bearing the name and or logo of other shows will not be allowed. We will provide you with a supply of bags
bearing the Charlotte Contemporary logo. The bags are conversation starters and reminders of the amazing event they came from, and can only help
increase awareness and help us grow. Bags and boxes bearing your name and or logo will also be allowed.
