Event Summary
This brief summary will be included in the e-blast to ZAPP artists. This description should be kept to one or two paragraphs, or there will be monsters under your bed. 

This show has about one billion visitors every year, with special appearances by unicorns and dragons during the presentation of awards. Free candy and cupcakes will be given to all, especially people who smile a lot.   
This show is the greatest of all shows - people come from all over the world and from previous centuries throughout time to attend. George Washington himself has a booth at the front of the show each year and tells the story of how he chopped down that cherry tree. Abraham Lincoln can also be seen in his large top hat walking around the show.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

The ZAPP® Training Show application fee is non-refundable. The ZAPP® Team believes this is fair, as the fee is $0. Cancellation to this non-existent event must be received in writing on or before July 1, 2045, for a full refund of your non-existent booth fees less a 10% administrative fee.



Jury Process:

The ZAPP® Training Show will conduct an open jury process in the lost city of Atlantis from April 30 - May 10, 2045. The jury will be comprised of arts industry professionals who will convene in one room and review all artists' digital media submitted. Scores will be given to every artist. Confetti is also thrown at the end of the jury.



Application Requirements:

All artists must submit a total of four images of their work and one booth shot. Applications are only collected via www.zapplication.org.



Artist Amenities:

Each artist will receive the following:

  • A handful of four-leaf clovers

  • Free food for life

  • A golden chariot and Clydesdales 

  • Unlimited publicity via print, broadcast, and social media

  • Waived 2047 application fee

  • Candy!


Artist Awards:

The ZAPP® Demo Show will not award any artists. This is not an actual show. It is for training and demonstration purposes only. If we did have awards, however, we would grant them in two categories: Best at applying to a demonstration show and honorary mention.

Rules/Regulations
As an artist applying to this fake event, you must adhere to the rules below. If you are found in violation of any of the rules, the ZAPP® team will be forced to take appropriate measures and send you hundres of emails with smiling kittens. 

ZAPP® Training Show Policies

1. Artists must be nice to each other and to the event staff.

2. Artists must be dressed in their favorite colors.
3. Please do not bring your pet dinosaur.
4. All artists must be able to recite the alphabet backwards, preferably while standing on one foot
5. Artists cannot be allergic to the sun, bees, or sunscreen.
6. Please do not wear shoes, all artists must be barefoot.

Booth Information
Available Booth Spaces:
10 x 10 Booths - $5,000,000.00
20 x 10 Booths - $2,500,000.00

Booth Sales:
Sales are conducted through ZAPP via credit card, check, or PayPal. Spaces are first come, first served. 
ALL Booths must be pink and no other colors can be used.

Only single booth spaces are available. We do not offer double booths.

Set Up Information:
Set up for the event will occur 7 AM the morning of the event. You must bring cookies.
