Event Summary
2017 will celebrate the 82nd Green River Rendezvous, held annually the second full weekend of July. This event is Sublette County's largest and celebrates the legacy of the area's mountain men, historic rendezvous' and the Fur Trade Era. The Rendezvous spans four days and offers something for everyone!
Of the many events throughout the 4 day celebration, Sublette County Chamber of Commerce organizes the Vendor Street Fair, Wind River Dancers: Native American Drum & Dance performance, the Rendezvous Parade and Kids' Fishing Derby & BBQ. 
Kids of all ages enjoy the many mountain man themed events, and visit the street fair to come away with great food and a pouch-full of unique goods.

General Information
We are looking for crafters and artists with handmade goods in a variety of mediums that speak to the Rendezvous theme.   Examples are wood, metal, leather, fur, glass, stone, beads, photography, paint etc.  Items can be in the form of artwork, home decor, jewelry, clothing, furniture and/or accessories. 

Rules/Regulations
  • No Vendor under 18 years of age allowed.
  • There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations AFTER June 1, 2017 or for no-shows.
  • No private/personal generators will be allowed without special permission. 
  • Electricity is available at a limited number of locations for an additional fee.
  • Vendors must provide their own canopy, tables, canopy weights, cords, etc when applicable.
  • Use of canopy stakes is not allowed on the grassy area.  Weights must be used at all sites.
  • Items for consumption or application must be non-toxic.
  • Your Wyoming Department of Revenue sales tax license (if applicable) must be current and your account in compliance or you will not be allowed to attend.
  • No early breakdown (before Sunday) is allowed.
  • Vendors must be cleaned up and spaces vacated by 5PM the latest on that Sunday, July 9th.


Booth Information
  • Booth spaces are allotted in 10' by 10' increments. Pricing starts at $160 per space, then decreases the more spaces you request. Electricity and overnight refrigeration costs are additional.
  • One application must be submitted per booth location request.
  • Payment by check is preferred.  Include Driver License number on check.
  • ALL approved vendors must check in at the Visitor Center at 19 East Pine Street in Pinedale, prior to setup. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Vendors must be prepared for any kind of weather and be able to close up their space at night.  The Street Fair goes on rain or shine.  
  • Only a few spaces have electricity available, and these spaces fill up fast.  Vendors must provide their own electrical cords of sufficient size and length, and with the appropriate connections.  
  • Security is not provided so vendors must secure any and all valuables, displays etc, and keep any items on site at their own risk.
