Event Summary
     On the second weekend of July, downtown Los Altos transforms into the largest two day, mid-summer event in the Bay Area!
     The highly-rated Arts & Wine Festival showcases the distinctive works of 290 artists and craftspeople from over a dozen states. The Festival also features select vintages by the glass from local wineries as well as a wide variety of foods.
     Enjoy our day long free concerts from performers such as Sage, The Cocktail Monkeys, The House Rockers, Debbie Thacker, and Fred McCarty.
     The Festival is a great event for the whole family with a large selection of rides, activities and entertainment for children all weekend in separate the Kidzone.
 

General Information
Apply online:
1) www.zapplicaton.org     Jurying trough ZAPP includes a $25.00 application fee.
2) www.pacificfinearts.com      Jurying through our website's downloaded application includes a reduced application fee of $15.00.

This application is open to artists and crafters who create their own works in the U.S. No application including imports or kits will be considered. No application including toys as weapons will be considered.
 
Free event postcards available upon request for artists' mailing lists. Digital "postcard" available upon request for artists' social media/email lists.

Rules/Regulations
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Through April 9     Space fee refunds given.
April 10- May 28      Pacific Fine Arts Festivals credit slip provided minus $50.00 fee per space for cancellations.
May 29 - Show       Space fee is forfeited.

Booth Information
Space sizes and fees:
10x10 space: $300.00 + 10% commission
10x20 space: $600.00 + 10% commssion

Set-up:
Satruday morning set-up begins at 5AM and is staggered every hour and 10 minutes for most spaces, 40 minutes for some.
Oversized vehicles/vehicles with trailers must unload and depart the site prior to the first scheduled entry time of 5:00AM.
Some spaces are back-to-back down the middle of the street. Some are single file down the middle of the street. Few are against the curb.
Spaces are on asphalt.
Drive to space.

Security:
Overnight security provided.
