Event Summary
The Holiday Marketplace is a day full of shopping and excitement kicking off the Christmas season. Over 1,000 shoppers attended our 1st annual Holiday Marketplace on December 2 & 3, 2016. Shoppers will find a unique collection of 65 exhibitors selected from around the southeastern United States debuting collections of luxury decor items, jewelry, fine art, pottery, food, photography and much more. Event is indoors.

The Holiday Marketplace will be at The Jefferson Oxford from 8 AM – 4 PM Saturday, December 2, 2017. The Jefferson is 18,000 square feet overlooking an eight-acre lake and is constructed of unique, reclaimed materials. The Jefferson has a modern but historical setting with a built-in stage, 40-foot long bar, stunning see-thru fireplace, reclaimed wood floors throughout, exposed steel beams and entire walls of barn doors.

A Preview Soirée will begin the weekend’s Holiday festivities on Friday evening 6-9 PM, December 1, 2017, to bid on silent auction items and for shoppers to take advantage of early-bird shopping with our incredible vendors. Valet parking is available for guests as well as 
hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Cocktail attire is preferred. 

Mimosas & Mistletoe will kick off the morning of December 2 with cold Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s and Hot Toddies. Come with the family or make it friend’s day out to get all of your Christmas shopping done in one place! Tickets will be $7 at the door and free for children under 12.

Photobooth exclusive for guests during the Preview Soiree and Holiday Marketplace
Each accepted exhibitor will be able to submit a bio and photos to have highlighted and promoted on social media leading up to the show!

Important Dates:

Tickets for shoppers will be $7 and children under 12 will be free. Shoppers will purchase tickets at the door and online at Hottytoddy.com/Marketplace

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
The Jury/Application Fee and booth cost are non-refundable. 

Jury Process:
Hottytoddy.com and ZAPP® will conduct a jury process for 8 days following the closing of the application, September 1, 2017 - September 12, 2017. Approximately 65 exhibitors will be chosen for the show.
The jury will be comprised of arts industry professionals who will convene in one room and review all exhibitors' digital media submitted. The jury panel of 5-7 jurors will score each exhibitor on a scale of 1-5, and the top scores will receive invitations to exhibit. 


Set up information:
Set up will begin Friday morning at 10 AM, December 1, 2017 until 5 PM for the Preview Soiree from 6 PM - 9 PM Friday night. Dismantling of each booth will be from 4:30 PM until 6:30 PM Saturday, December 2, 2017. Everything must be disassembled by 9:00 PM at the latest Saturday night. There will be plenty of free parking at The Jefferson.

Booth Information

Application Requirements: 
All exhibitors must submit a total of 5 images of their work and a booth shot. All will be submitted through this application. If you have any trouble uploading pictures, please email Meggie at meggie.carter@hottytoddy.com. 

Booth Sales: 
Sales are conducted through ZAPP via credit card. If there are any questions please email meggie.carter@hottytoddy.com or
call her directly at 860 575 4265. 

Booth Costs:

Standard 8' depth x 10' width - $325
Premium 8x10 corner- 7 available for an extra $100
Standard 8x10 corner- 4 available for an extra $75

Standard 10' depth x 10' width - $375
Premium 10x10 corner - 5 available for an extra $100
Standard 10x10 corner- 3 available for an extra $75
Premium 8x10 corner- 7 available for an extra $100
Standard 8x10 corner- 4 available for an extra $75

Round (60 in), rectangle (6 ft x 30 in) and high top tables and electricity can be provided for additional fees. They will be available to order once accepted to the Holiday Marketplace.
Professional piping and draping (booth structure) will be provided free to accepted exhibitors.
