Event Summary
EDGE Designers NYC is a new Fashion Trade Show, formerly Atelier Designers, featuring International and Domestic Designers. ON THE EDGE will be a small, concise, juried show, within the EDGE Show featuring new exhibitors. EDGE is twice per year (September and February) and coincides with the Coterie at The Javitts in NYC.. EDGE will focus on brands that cater to better specialty stores. This location was the home of Atelier Designs for over twelve years. Over forty of the collections were formerly shown at the Atelier show. These well-established brands have a Nationwide and Canadian following of High-End Specialty Stores and Galleries. For a list of our current exhibitors, please visit our Facebook page.

ON THE EDGE is in an open-venue type setting and booths will be separated by black pipe and drape. It will be a sub-section of the EDGE show and is limited to NEW collections that have not shown in a New York in September or February at a trade show in the past 5 years. This is the section of the show that is open to applications through Zapplication. Exhibitors in this area will only be allowed to show in this area once, as it will rotate every show. If you would like to return, you must reserve a suite in the EDGE show. ON THE EDGE is a cooperatve of Designers and all show fees will go towards the expenses of running the show.

General Information
All applicants must fall into the Womens Wearables medium. This includes: hats, scarves, belts, handbags, shoes, clothing, and jewelry. Cash and carry is permissible. One-of-a-kind artist should bring shipping materials to the show as most buyers prefer to be shipped. *Please note that the hotel charges $8 per package to ship on top of your shipping costs. It is advised that you take your packages by Uber to a local shipping outlet. Further details of shipping will be explained upon acceptance. This is a trade-only show (not open to the public). 

Please don't be discouraged if you don't get into the September show. Applicants who pass the Jury but whose category is filled in September show will automatically be invited to the February 2018 show. 

Rules/Regulations
-Please note! This is not a hand-made show. You must have a part in the design of your product, but it does not need to be hand-made.
-Booths cannot be shared. 
-Exhibitors are only allowed to show in this area one time, as this is a rotating area to introduce new talent to the Wholesale Fashion Trade Industry.
-Applicants must include their wholesale prices of the items they've selected for the Jury. 
-The Jury fee of $35.00 is non-refundable and there will be no refunds issued during the 30-days prior to the show.

Booth Information
The booths will be 8'x10'. Double booths can be requested. The booth package includes two racks, one light 300-watts, a table, 3 chairs, and pipe and drape. Extra tables, chairs, lights and mannequins will be available to rent. There is a $8-$15 service charge if you use the main entrance of the hotel to bring in items. If you use the freight elevator, there is no charge.

**There is an option of purchasing a booth in a premier location. There are two 10'x12' booths for $2,600 and two 10'x10' booths for $2,400. These booths are located in a separate room on the same floor and is still a part of the ON THE EDGE show.

Once an applicant is accepted, we will send out a formal contract which must be signed and returned and you will receive an invoice to pay the $1700.00 booth package fee through PayPal.
