The Armonk Outdoor Art Show has been showcasing fine art and fine crafts for 57 years and is consistently ranked among the best shows in the NY metro area and nationwide. Our tree-lined venue attracts an upscale, art-buying clientele from the wealthy surrounding area. 185 juried artists from across the country and abroad exhibit a diverse array of oils/acrylics/watercolors, mixed media, printmaking/drawing/pastels, sculpture, photography/digital art, wearable art, and fine crafts. Personal decorating assistance, children’s activities and a diverse food/dessert court add to the show’s appeal. Our exceptional directory and website showcase each artist's work and contact information. We do extensive media and advertising promotion, including: NY and CT newspaper, radio, magazine, direct mail, press release, digital and social media.

Artist amenities include: easy parking, complimentary Sunday breakfast, booth sitting, goody bag, free film and concert at the library, 10% off at participating restaurants.

General Information
FEES:  Application Fee $35; Booth Fee $400/booth (maximum 2 booths); Premium Booth Fee additional $200.  The appliction fee is not refundable.  Accepted artists who cancel 60 days prior to the Show will receive a 75% refund of their booth fee.
AWARD WINNERS:  Last year's award winners are automatically accepted into the Show.  However, they must apply by March 15 to participate and pay all fees.
SET UP is Friday noon-6:30pm and Saturday 6:30am-9:30am. 
AWARDS:  On Saturday judges will select artists for awards, including Best in Show and Best New Artist.  Prize winners are announced Sunday morning. 
BOOTH SHARING is not permitted.
VEHICLES AND PARKING:  Parking for one vehicle/artist will be provided at the artists' parking lot adjacent to the Show.  Artists must be parked there by 9:30am. 
LARGE ART PURCHASES:  Golf cart transport to visitor lots is available for large art purchases. 
DISMANTLING ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY may begin at 5:15pm unless it is deemed unsafe for pedestrians.  Vehicles will not be allowed on the field if it is wet--please bring hand carts for that eventuality. 
SALES TAX:  The New York State Taxation Department requires artists to have a "Certificate of Authority".  To apply for form DTF-17, call 1-518-457-5431.  The form is also available from the Tax Department's website, www.tax.ny.gov
MISCELLANEOUS:  If for any reason you are unable to attend the Show, as a courtesy to fellow artists and the Show, please notify us immediately by telephone.  If an emergency arises during the Show and it is necessary to leave, you must notify a Show offical before you dismantle.   


All work must be original, produced by the artist, and signed.  Limited editions must be appropriately numbered or identified as artist's proof.  Reproductions must be clearly identified.  Wearable art and fine crafts must be of original design and individually made.  'Hands on Art' is a new category.  It refers to any art that is being made at the Show by both artist and visitors working together.  Artwork displayed should be a result of the artistic category in which you are applying.  Images of artwork must be of artwork completed within the last 2 years.  If you have submitted images in the past, these must be images of new work. 

Booth Information
There are approximately 200 booths.  Each booth area is 12'x12' and located on grass.  Tents and display equipment are the artist's responsibility and must be limited to the assigned space.  All materials must be kept within the booth area.  Electricity is not available and generators are not allowed.  Battery-operated lights are permitted.  Smoking is not permitted at the Art Show, nor are dogs allowed.
