Event Summary
The 43rd Annual Apple Blossom Arts & Cratfs Fair features an array of handmade, homemade goods from vendors around the counrty.

With over 100,000 visitors during the 11 day Festival the fun nevers stops.
With our Entertainment Stage, Beer Garden, Food Vendors and of course our amazing Arts & Crafts vendors there is plenty to draw people to your booth and the park itself.

The Arts & Crafts Fair takes place during our second weekend which includes our Grand Parade with over 50,000 spectators that goes right by the park leaving the park FULL!

General Information
Jurying is conducted in-house. Artist scoring is based solely on the images and information included on your application.
 Please include the following pictures:
1. Your handmade/homemade, non-commercial good(s)
2. Your booth
3. You handling/making the product

Application DEADLINE: February 28th
Acceptance & Booth Purchase DEADLINE: March 26th
Acceptance letters/emails will be sent out no later than the morning of March 20th.

Please fill out the entire application and submit photo's asked for to be reviewed.

The below awards are given Friday afternoon by our Royalty to display at your booth, posted to our social media sites and posted to our website.

Judging begins Friday at 10:00 a.m. and awards are given after all judging has been tallied early Friday afternoon.

APPLICATION FEE: A $30 non-refundable fee.

Booth Fee payments are due March 26, 2018 by Credit Card, Paypal or Check.  Failure to make payment will result in your space being offered to a waitlisted vendor.
Application fee is not a part of your booth fee.

  • Friday,      May 4          10:00 am to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday,  May 5          10:00 am to 7:00 p.m.
  • Sunday,    May 6          11:00 am to 5:00 p.m.


1. All work exhibited must be in the category applied and accepted to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.

2. Artists may only show work in categories and bodies of work selected by the jury.

3. All work must be original handcrafted work created by the artist(s) present at the event. Each artist guarantees the accuracy of the description of the works presented and the authenticity of the work as the creation of their own hands.

4. NO commericial or importet items are allowed at The Washington State Apple Blossom Festival.

5. You MUST carry insurance and have proof of insurance after accepted to participate. Weekend policies from the Festival can be provided for $85.

Call us if you need clarification on any rules before applying. Our Standards & Rules Committee reserves the right to exclude work that does not conform to show standards.

We will email artists accepted into the Festival the booth space you recieve based on request and availability. Booths will not be available for purhchase until after all applicants have been jurried and assigned a spot. We will open spaces for purchase in waves as we email artists accpeted into those specific categories.
(We will email all 10x12 booths and then open for purchase, then we will email all 10x12 corner booth and open for purchase and so on.)
We do our best to accommodate all applicants on requested booth space and size.
