Spend a profitable weekend at the Sacramento Arts Festival—the region's premier contemporary craft and fine art event. Last year most exhibitors again had GREAT SALES—in all price ranges!  We have fantastic  dates again this year and we expect even bigger crowds who will not only be shopping for their homes and themselves but also for unique Christmas gifts. You'll be in the handsome new hall of the centrally located, well-known Sacramento Convention Center, which also offers an abundance of nearby public transportation and inexpensive parking.

Warren Cook who was producer-president of the Harvest Festival from its start in 1972 until 1989 and consistently brought in 20,000 to 25,000 paid-admission buyers every weekend every year to the Sacramento event.
 
Eligibility
  • Exhibitors are selected on the basis of the originality, artistic conception and quality of skill involved in the production of their works.
  • All work to be sold at the festival must be juried. (Instructions are in the enclosed application.)
  • Craftspersons and artists must be personally present during all show hours.
KEY INFORMATION
 
New Exhibitor Application Deadline:  SEPTEMBER 7, 2018. Notification will be sent by September 15, 2018.  YOU MAY STILL APPLY AFTER SEPTEMBER 7, AS WORK WILL BE JURIED CONTINUALLY AFTER THIS DATE IN MEDIA CATEGORIES THAT ARE STILL OPEN.   You may apply using Zapplication or you may mail in the application on our website, www.sacartsfest.com
 
Cost:  $600 per 8’ (deep) x 10’ (wide) booth or $750 per 10’ x 10’ booth.
 
Two Booth Special Your second booth space per one exhibitor is discounted by one half: $300 extra for an 8’ x 10’ ($900 total for an 8’ x 20’ space), $375 extra for a 10’ x 10’ ($1125 total for a 10’ x 20’).  Corner booths are $100 additional.  Booths other than standard sizes are proportionally priced.
 
Included in your cost are 500 watts of electricity per booth, backdrop drape, and 24-hour hall security.  (Additional draping, furnishings and electricity are available for rent from the show decorator.)  There is no commission on sales.
 
Booth Placements:  Please indicate your choices on the application.  We will attempt to place you as near as possible to your choices, while also distributing works in the same media categories throughout the festival.
