Don’t miss this summer's best local Art and Wine Festival. July 14th and 15th, Art Lovers and Community Members will descend upon Parley Lake Winery for the opportunity to purchase great art and to enjoy fine wine, food and music.

The Arts Community in Carver County welcomes all artists and festival-goers to this event which includes an assortment of exciting new artists, as well as old favorites representing diverse media such as photography, sculpture, wearable arts, glass, fibers and painting, and more... there is truly something for everyone!

General Information
Thank you for considering ArtStock Art and Wine Festival as part of your 2018 show schedule. It is our goal to make this an easy, fun, and rewarding show for all involved! We are eager to have you join us and will do everything to make the ArtStock Art and Wine Festival a huge success!

Parley Lake Winery is our festival location and offers a great, natural, outdoor setting and features a vineyard and orchard on the grounds.  Parley Lake Winery is located between Victoria and Waconia Minnesota off of Highway 5.

This event is sponsored and hosted by the Arts Consortium of Carver County - a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining the vibrant arts scene in Carver County...  creating community through the arts and supporting the arts through community!

  • Each booth is to contain original work by the exhibiting artist(s). Work exhibited should be of equal quality and proportion as stated in the image information submitted with application. 
  • Artists must be present in the booth and be open throughout the official hours of the Festival. Exceptions to the policy may be made in case of unusual circumstances and are at the discretion of the ArtStock Festival Director. 
  • Single booth tent size is 10’ X 10’. Booth spaces are outdoors on grass and/or gravel.  Please be prepared for various weather conditions.  Please be prepared to adapt to your assigned space. Special requests will be granted to the best of our ability. 
  • All exhibitors must comply with Minnesota statutes by having a MN tax ID number and an Operator Certificate of Compliance (ST-19) for 2018.  Artists and booth owners are responsible for all requirements pertaining to statutes and tax law.
  • Although the Festival will provide some security, exhibitors are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to their work and/or personal property while setting up, participating in and taking down their exhibit.
  • Exhibitors must complete booth setup by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 14th and complete take down Sunday 15th by 6:30 p.m.  
  • A non-refundable Application fee will be deposited upon receipt. Booth fees will be deposited upon notification of acceptance. After notification and deposit of fees, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be in writing. After June 25, no refunds will be given.
  • A waitlist will be created as needed. If space becomes available, applicants will be notified by phone or email.
  • Each exhibitor must comply with all festival policies and procedures as well as city, state and federal laws. 
  • We respectfully request that you refrain from smoking on winery grounds.
  • No pets will be allowed with the exception of service dogs.  

Booth Information
Single booth fee is $150.  Application fee is $25.
