General Information

This is a Premium white tent event.
Accepting a wide range of categories including cultural foods.
Set Up Date 2-9-2018 from 12pm to 8pm. Loading order & tent assignment via email.
Break Down 2-11-2018, from 5pm to 8pm. Exit loading order via email.
Securtity Overnight on 2-9-2018 and 2-10-2018.
On property parking during show in rear lots, designated at set up.
No overnight parking on college property. 
For RV overnight there are 2 RV Parks on Rt 41 in Fort Myers 20 minutes from shows, as well as large retail, bank, hotel & business lots across from & within 1 to 5 miles of show. 
Available services:
Tent rentals & set up. Merchandising assistance. Vendor Handicap Parking.
Booth sitters, rest rooms & site transport. 
Hotel accomodations within 1 to 5 miles of show, located in Cape Coral & Fort Myers, such as:
Crown Plaza FM, Holiday Inn FM, Hilton Garden FM, Homewood Suites FM, La Quinta FM.
Westin Cape Coral, Hyatt Cape Coral, Holiday Inn Cape Coral. 
Wait list, if you want to be placed on a wait list for closed shows simply note your wishes on the application or in the email with the application.

Exhibitor Terms, Rules & Regulations Application Contract
In order to produce Primium Specialty Events shoppers & Quality Artisans enjoy, we've adopted these terms for a safe, memorable event.
 

* Applications must be submitted with the following:

$25.00 jury/application fee when applying on Zapp.org in addition to the full space fee or $50.00 deposit.

Paying with Credit/Debit requires full show fee.

Event names, dates & cities stated on checks & applications.

3 images of your works & 1 image of a white 10x10 tent merchandised for a show with signage used. Food/Liquor vendors please send tent / truck image with dimensions - show any routine signs used.

POWER/ Special requirements must be submitted with applications. Power fees vary per venue.

*Deposit of $50.00 reserves space, the full balance is due 30 days from deposit date. Joining shows 30 days or less to show date require full payment.

* Space fees represent 10x10 space. Double & triple size space may be available upon request corner spaces are an additional $50.00.

 

* For multiple shows please check the shows preferred.

 

* Upon decline submitted fees are refunded within 90 days of decline - less Zapp Fee $25.00.

 

*Acceptance Confirmation is via email & includes Pertinent Show Information. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for processing.

 

* Outstanding balances must be paid 30 days prior to events. $15.00 late fee applies after 30 days prior to show.

NSF charge of $45.00. Payable with Cashier Check, Money Order or Cash.

 

*Cancelations or No Shows are non-refundable, exhibitor/applicant(s) are responsible for the full show fee.

  

* Sales Tax collection & remittance is the responsibility of exhibitor/applicant.

 

*The exhibitor/applicant is solely responsible & liable for the actions of all parties associated with exhibitor/applicant(s).

 

* Insurance & Business Licensing - Upon Acceptance. Applicant may be required provide their own insurance.

General Liability 1 Million per occurrence - product liability, personal injury, property damage in force through the stated show dates. Current or temporary business license may be required per city/county.

Temp Liability Insurance is available, please contact us for assistance.

 

* All show participants must be present for pre show local official inspections when they apply. If missed you can not participate per many local officials.

 

* Weapons are prohibited. No handwritten signs other than chalk or dry eraser boards are permitted.

 

* Booth sitters & transportation to vendor vehicles is available.

 

* Please leave the space clean, a $100.00 fee may be imposed for leaving materials behind

 

 * Vendors using electrical, gas or propane powered equipment must have current Fire Extinguishers for inspection by local officials.

 

*Tents/Awnings –Tents/Canopies to be Fire Retardant & weighted/anchored sufficiently to remain in place through strong winds. Penetrating asphalt /grass or attaching to landscaping or any venue property is prohibited. Tents must be white with exception to specific vendors.

 

* Power cords must be UL approved HEAVY DUTY 3 wire ground & may be subject to local official approval.

Power cords must be securely fixed flat in place if on the ground & hazard free to public in & out of the booth. Power Cords must be in 50 ft. or 100 ft. lengths plug adapters may be subject to approval. Multiple connecting power cords are not permitted.

 

*Generator placement may have requirements per Art Attaks & Fire/Safety officials. Fans & generators to be placed in a safe manor away from attendees & monitored  by applicant/exhibitor.

Gas /Propane storage for generators may vary per site. Gas must be in breathable official gas containers & may not exceed 2 gallons with out approval. Management must be aware of all gas containers on site.

Exhibitor accepts sole responsibility & liability for the safe handling, storage & damages for any potentially harmful products used at show. Gas/propane must be safely out of reach of attendees.

Applicant agrees to comply with all fire & safety requests/ rules of local officials, Art Attaks LLC & venue management/owners.

 

* Safety & Storage - Booth walls must be sturdy, stable & attractive, not exceeding 8 feet in height. Tables must be covered/ skirted tastefully to the ground anywhere customers have visual. Display items to be attractive, sturdy, hazard free & safely installed as determined by management / officials. Booth rear, sides & fronts must be void of debris or storage, respecting attendees or store fronts with views of booth backs. Back stock & personal items/retail tools must fit safely out of view for maximum visual effects.

Should additional storage be needed contact us. Applicants are responsible & liable for the safe handling, erection & dismantling of exhibit materials.

 

* Booth Site Etiquette - Art & Food Booths are an impression of you! Design attractive welcoming mini galleries & boutiques.

Booths to be abundantly stocked, displayed tastefully & safely. Hand written signs & peg board are prohibited.

Food booths are full view kitchens. Keep boxes, coolers, etc. for food vending in a neat safe fashion for safety & aesthetics.

Attire properly with shirt & footwear.

No Smoking during show hours in or near art tents, food booths/trucks including electronic cigarettes.

We’ll happily sit for you if you want a break.

 

* Participants children or pets are prohibited. Service Animals Exempt & must have Comfortable Humane accommodations, determined by Art Attaks. Service Animal fraud, neglect or cruelty is a violation of this contract & reported to law enforcement.

 

*We reserve the right to expel exhibitors & associates for violations or unprofessional behavior as determined by Art Attaks. Exhibitor agrees to exit peaceably with associates, no refund or future show credit.

 

*Booths must be occupied by 9:00 am with accepted exhibitors. Show time Sat & Sun 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Premature closing activities are prohibited.

Exhibitor sites unoccupied by the end of the set ups are considered no shows & reassigned  to wait list vendors with no refund or future show credit.

 

*Vehicles / trailers other than excepted retail tealers are not allowed onsite during show hours of operation & must be moved 30 minutes to show opening.
