Event Summary
2018 Fall Fest in Candler Park will take place on September 29th and 30th (www.fallfest.candlerpark.org). The annual festival - ranked by Curbed Atlanta, the AJC, and other major media as the top fall festival in Atlanta -  is in its 18th year as a true neighborhood festival.  We draw attendees from across metro Atlanta, with a diverse artist market, premiere food vendors and entertainment, and high-profile attractions. All participants receive a high level of visibility and foot traffic due to our location in and around Candler Park. Acceptances will be sent out mid-late summer, after the jury has reviewed all applications.

The event consists of a large outdoor artist market, live music, food truck rally, Candler Park Tour of Homes and 5K, and averages 10,000+ visitors per a day.

General Information
All work exhibited in our Artist Market must be the artist’s original artwork (all mediums accepted), handcrafted items such as clothing, furniture and decorative objects and consumables such as soaps, lotions, candles, speciality food items. Vendor applications will be reviewed for appropriateness and exhibition officials have the authority to reject or disqualify any applications.

Artists will receieve free promotion on the Fall Fest website artist market page with a link back to their website: http://fallfest.candlerpark.org/artist-market/ as well as a shout out on Fall Fest social media leading up the event.

Rules/Regulations

There will be no registration after the deadline and no registration the day of the Festival.

No pets allowed.

Security personnel will be provided and all reasonable care exercised, but the Candler Park Festival will not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise or for injury to anyone participating in the show.

There will be no rain date. No refunds will be given for cancellation.

No merchandise may be sold or displayed at Fall Fest that creates a public nuisance or large quantity of litter.

No food or beverage may be sold in Artist booths.

No amplified music allowed.

January - April 30 - $250
May 1- July 31, $285 
July 31 or later, $300 

Set up for the exhibition will be Friday, September 28th for booths located inside the park (specific times assigned between 3pm and 8pm), and Saturday, September 29th for booths on the street (specific times assigned between 7am and 11am). Load in times will be staggered. We will send you the time for your load in two weeks before the festival. BOOTH PERMITS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT CHECK IN. Festival volunteers will be at the exhibit area to direct you to your assigned booth for unloading. Vehicles (maximum of 2) must be moved after unloading.

 
  • 10x10 tent must be provided by the artist. City of Atlanta requires these tents to be flame-proof.
 
  • There will be NO electricity. No Generators allowed.
 
  • Please note the city prohibits tents to be staked in the grassy edge or in the parks, so bring appropriate weights. 
 
  • Be prepared for the weather by bringing adequate protection for your booth.
