An outdoor festival on the grounds of the Arvada Center featuring craft beer, art, music, food trucks and
family fun!

1. All work exhibited must be created and produced by the artist. Quality prints may be displayed or offered for sale. 

2. Artists may only exhibit work in the category or categories in which they are accepted.

3. Ceramic works must be handmade by the artist. Slip cast multiples must be of the artist’s original design. 

4. Work displayed at the festival must be reflective of the work juried.  

6. A picture ID is required at artist check-in.

7. This is an outdoor event and artists needing or wanting insurance will be responsible for proper insurance and protection of work and setup. The Arvada Center Arts & Ales Festival will not be responsible for damage to work or setup due to weather or unrelated incidents.

8. Booth sharing by two artists is allowed. Both artists need to apply separately and be accepted by the jury. There will be a $60 fee for booth sharing.

9. Artists are responsible for collecting and reporting all taxes.

Booth Information
10x10 Artist Booth (March 28 - May 18) = $125
First jury application deadline - May 18th

10x10 Artist Booth (May 19 - August 11) = $150
Second jury application deadline - July 30th 

• Artists are highly encouraged to bring their own 10x10 tent for the event. Tents will be available for rent prior to the event date at an additional cost to the artist. Please email Ryan@tppevents.com if you would like to rent a tent for the event.
• Electricity will not be onsite. Please email Ryan@tppevents.com if you require power.
• There will be no wireless internet on site. Please plan accordingly if WiFi is needed for your booth.
