General Information
Thank you for your interest in the first Art Fair at StoneCreek, the only one of its kind in north central Arkansas, between Lake Norfork and Bull Shoals Lake, near the trout-famous White River, and neighbor to the Buffalo National River. It's beautiful here! The Twin Lakes Area is ranked as one of the top places to retire in Rand McNally's Retirement Places Rated and AARP's Sun Belt Retirement. We have lots of art-seeking people here with discretionary money and time to enjoy the art you make.

In an effort to reduce waste, our communication with you will be through email. Your contacts for the event are:
Deb Peterson at deb@debpeterson.com, 870-656-7071
Karry Bass at scr@centurytel.net, 870-424-7433

The jury process will take place online through ZAPP. Each juror will review the images submitted by each artist and rate them 1, 2, 4, or 5. 3 will be eliminated to promote clear decisions. Artists will be allowed to see their score and any comments, although the juror who made the comment will be anonymous.

Our jurors are still being selected, but all will be accomplished artists.

The arena at StoneCreek, where the indoor booths are located, will be secure Thursday and Friday nights. Outdoor booths will not, but the ranch is set off the county road and is surrounded by private woods. Artists are responsible for any loss or damage.

There will be a large space indoors for storage and artist breaks.

We are booking food trucks and hope to have four or five.

Cell phone reception at the ranch is poor, but wifi is available for your credit card sales. If you have Wifi Calling, your phones will be fine. If you have an older phone, you will need to drive to the top of the hill or use the ranch's land line to make a call.

StoneCreek Ranch offers 2 cabins and 8 lodge rooms for rent during the event, awarded on a first-paid, first-served basis. Contact Karry at 870-424-7433.

There are plenty of places to stay in nearby Mountain Home and throughout the Twin Lakes Area: hotels, B&Bs, and resorts on the rivers and lakes. Campgrounds are also available in the area.

Booth Information
There are 30 10x10 indoor booths in the arena (with a wood floor and a chandelier!) and 30 outdoor spaces with lots of convenient parking for artists and shoppers. The outdoor space closest to the main entrance does not have power. Electricity is available in most areas, but you must bring your own long, heavy duty extension cord. No generators are allowed.
