Event Summary
Join us for the 19th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair/Car and Bike Show on January 19th, and 20th, 2019 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Our event has been established as one of the largest festivals in our region, with attendance estimated between 25,000 and 40,000 for our 2 day event.  Our event features a Saturday Car Show, Beer Garden and live entertainment both days, and a children’s area with rides and games. THIS IS NOT A JURY SHOW.
 
RETURNING EXHIBITORS: We encourage you to get your application in early and no later than October 15th for your favorite location. Acceptance notification will be available through our online ZAPP application system. Should you prefer postal or email response, please note in the special request section.

NEW EXHIBITORS: Space reservations will be confirmed on a first come first serve basis once returning exhibitors are confirmed.

General Information
We are looking forward to your participation in our 19th Annual Historic Downtown Street Fair on January 19th, and 20th, 2019. Please read the attached material carefully.

New to the show this year is a special section for our International Bazaar featuring products from around the world and our Vintage Market featuring antique, repurposed, and recycled products.
 
The new location for check-in and event information will be The Main Street Office at 110 West 2nd Street . There will be someone in that location from 9:00 A.M. Saturday to 5 P.M. and Sunday 9:00 A.M. until 4 P.M., to assist you. If you need someone to relieve you for a break, make us aware of this when you check in, or contact us at the Main Street Information location. We have Volunteer Ambassadors in Orange Vests on the street both days to assist.
 
CHECK IN AND SET-UP:
 
  • CHECK IN BEGINS FRIDAY JANUARY 18th  AT 5:00 P.M. AT THE MAIN STREET OFFICE, 110 W. 2ND STREET, CASA GRANDE, AZ 85122
  • EXHIBITORS MUST RECEIVE THEIR REGISTRATION PACK AND BOOTH NUMBER BEFORE SET-UP.
  • NO SET UP WITHOUT A BOOTH NUMBER BEING DISPLAYED. Volunteer Ambassadors will be on the street to help you locate your space.
  • Convenient parking for check-in is available at Central Lutheran Church, 324 N. Sacaton Street (enter off Florence Blvd at Sacaton St.)
  • SATURDAY CHECK IN STARTS AT 7:00 A.M. ENTER ONLY from Sacaton St. (Central Lutheran Parking Lot) so we do not conflict with the Car Show setting up on 2nd St.
  • All vehicles must be removed from the Street Fair area by 9:00 A.M. on Saturday morning.
  • Please unload all booth supplies as quickly as possible and remove your vehicle before set-up.  This is an important consideration to your fellow vendors who are also arriving and anxious to access their space.
 
OVERNIGHT PATROLS:  We will have Casa Grande Police Volunteers patroling on Friday night from 8:00 P.M. until 7:30 A.M. Saturday and Saturday night from 5:30 P.M. until 7:30 A.M. Sunday morning. You will however, leave your merchandise at your own risk.

Electricity: There is no electricity provided.  Please do not plug into any electrical outlets on the street lamps as it will cause the lamp breaker to go off. We have had complaints about plugging into Merchants electricity. Do not do it. You will be asked to leave if you are found plugged into these outlets.
                                                                             
 
HOSPITALITY:
 
If this is your first time to Casa Grande; Florence Boulevard is the main boulevard that comes off Interstate 10. Florence Street is a smaller Historic Downtown street—where the fair is located. Florence Boulevard runs east & west and intersects with Florence Street, which runs north and south.

Rules/Regulations
  • Booth spaces will be issued on first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are outdoors on asphalt, in the historic downtown shopping area.
  • Fire retardant tents and weights are required for Street Fair exhibitors.
  • Roaming patrols will be available after hours, but each exhibitor is responsible for his/ her own items and space. Exhibitors leave merchandise at their own risk.
  • Pinal County Health Permits are required for food vendors and pre-packaged food vendors offering samples.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying city and state sales tax. Include your Arizona State and City of Casa Grande license numbers on this application. Links to licensing information are available below under booth information. 
  • No merchandise outside the booth area.    
  • Merchandise to be sold must be listed and approved on the application. Merchandise not listed on the application is prohibited. Fair officials will review booths for compliance.
  • Check- in required prior to setting up,  Space # will not be distributed prior to check in. Check In Friday night after 5:00 P.M. or at 7 A.M. on Saturday. When unloading, please park on the west side of the Florence Street and leave the east lane clear.
  • The street fair area must be cleared of all vehicles by 9 A.M. DAILY
  • NO WATER OR ELECTRICITY
  • Loud generators are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave.
  • Tear down is not to be started before 4 P.M. on Sunday.
  • No live animal sales.
  • A registered exhibitor must be on duty in the booth at all times of the fair operation.
  • No pets are allowed at booth sites.
  • No raffles except by non-profit with permission.
  • Personal conduct, rule violations, complaints from patrons as to misconduct during the fair may be grounds for removal by fair officials.
  • Any reports of orders taken and not fulfilled by an exhibitor will deem them to be removed from future events and possible charges filed.
  • No refunds due to exhibitor cancellation after December 15, 2018. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • We are a non-profit organization. The event will be held rain or shine.
