In it's 17th year Oregon WinterFest , the largest Winter Festival on the West Coast, is sited in the middle of Bend Oregon, along the beautiful Deschutes River. Welcoming 40,000+ attendees over 2 1/2 days of Presidents Day Week , February 15-17 2019, it offers a dynamic blend of indoor and outdoor experiences. The outdoor portions include an innovative Fire Pit and Fire Sculpture Competition, rail jam, ice carving,Children's Area, themed runs, delicious food vendors, a wine walk, and acrobatic motorcycle riders! Under the beautiful sky lit pavillion tents you will find a Main Stage Music area, 3 themed vendor paviliions, the Bent Lounge and OMSI Family Science area. The Fine Arts and Craft pavillion is at the epicenter of the event, accomodating 32 vendors, and with the fire Competition brings the arts center stage. The audience is both regional and from throughout the US, as Bend is a favored destination winter playground, filling to capacity over the holiday week end.

We pay careful attention to curating a mix of media so as not to oversatuarate in any one category. Jurying occurs in 3 pools starting in October and ending in January, payment is required within 1 week of Invitation to secure your booth space. We do maintain a waitlist, which is ranked by date of placement and category of media.

Rules/Regulations
Vendors may only vend in the medium they have applied and been accepted in.
Must abide by all set up and load in information.
Only original work, no imports or digital copies.
Must provide insurance certificates and Legal Agreement by 2/5/2019

Booth Information
LIOE provides a 160' skylit heated pavillion tent for the Fine Arts and Crafts Area. No pop-up tents may be used inside the tents.

Booth prices as follows-
10 x 10 - $350
10 x 10 corner booth - $500
10 x 20 booth - $650

Set up begins on Thursday 2/14 for regional vendors and continues Friday morning, with all vehicles offsite no later then 1pm. The event opens at 5pm. Exact vendor placement will be given upon arrival. Detailed set up information will be emailed 10 days prior to the event.
Vendor hours as follows - Friday 5pm - 10pm
Saturday 11am - 10pm
Sunday 11am - 5:pm
