Event Summary
On the second weekend of July, downtown Los Altos transforms into the largest two day, mid-summer event in the Bay Area! The highly-rated Arts & Wine Festival showcases the distinctive handcrafted works of 300 artists and craftspeople from over a dozen states. Festival-goers enjoy shopping the diverse artisan selections while sipping select vintages and brews. A wide variety of food options entice palates, free concerts on two stages keep feet tapping and the active Kidzone satisfies the family with rides, activities and entertainment for children.

This application is open to creators of handcrafted products made in the USA by the artist or craftsperson selling their works. With pre-arranged permission a representative may sell at events. Creativity and originality are important. No application including buy and sell, imports or kits will be considered. No application including guns as toys will be considered. Depictions of weapons and certain types of nudity or printed words are carefully considered. We appreciate artists’ freedom of expression; as these are family events, we are held responsible to each hosting entity and community to present what they consider family-friendly images. No booth sharing will be considered outside of a married/significant-other partnership.

Rules/Regulations
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Through April 7      Space fee refunds given.
April 8- June 2       Pacific Fine Arts Festivals credit slip provided minus $50.00 fee per space for cancellations.
June 3 - Show       Space fee is forfeited.

Booth Information
Space sizes and fees:
5x10 space: $250.00 + 10% commission
5x20 space: $310.00 + 10% commission
1
0x10 space: $310.00 + 10% commission
10x20 space: $620.00 + 10% commssion

Set-up:
Saturday morning set-up begins at 5AM and is staggered every hour and 10 minutes for most spaces, 40 minutes for some.
Oversized vehicles/vehicles with trailers must unload and depart the site prior to the first scheduled entry time of 5:00AM.
10x10 spaces on Main Street are back-to-back down the middle of the street. 5x10 and 10x10 spaces on State Street are with backs against the curbs.
Spaces are on asphalt.
Drive to space.

Security:
Overnight security provided.
