Event Summary
Enjoy good sales and festive fall fun at the bustling San Carlos Art & Wine Faire! One of the Peninsula’s Premier Fall Festivals, the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce’s Art & Wine Faire celebrates its 29th year! The Faire covers both sides of San Carlos Avenue (between El Camino and Walnut) and Laurel Street from San Carlos Avenue to Arroyo. The Faire is easily accessible from Caltrain and SamTrans. A wide selection of artisans and specialty food vendors present their beautiful, handcrafted works for Faire goers. Complimenting the artwork, the Faire hosts fine wines and microbrews, food vendors with delicious selections, entertainment on three stages and the Family Fun Zone with lots of hands-on activities for the kids.

This application is open to creators of handcrafted products made in the USA by the artist or craftsperson selling their works. With pre-arranged permission a representative may sell at events. Creativity and originality are important. No application including buy and sell, imports or kits will be considered. No application including guns as toys will be considered. Depictions of weapons and certain types of nudity or printed words are carefully considered. We appreciate artists’ freedom of expression; as these are family events, we are held responsible to each hosting entity and community to present what they consider family-friendly images. No booth sharing will be considered outside of a married/significant-other partnership.
 
Free event postcards available upon request for artists' mailing lists. Digital "postcard" available upon request for artists' social media/email lists.


Rules/Regulations
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Through July 7         Space fee refunds given.
July 8 - Sept 1    Pacific Fine Arts Festivals credit slip provided minus $50.00 fee per space for cancellations.
Sept 2 - Show    Space fee is forfeited.

Booth Information
Space size and fees:
5x10 space, Laurel Street: $230.00 + 10% commission
5x20 space, Laurel Street: $285.00 + 10% commission
10x10 space, Laurel Street: $285.00 + 10% commission
10x20 space, Laurel Street: $570.00 + 10% commission
10x10 space, San Carlos Avenue: $165.00 + 10% commission
10x20 space, San Carlos Avenue: $330.00 + 10% commission
Reduced space fee for San Carlos Avenue, a less trafficked area.


Set-up:
Saturday morning set-up begins at 5:00AM and is staggered every hour and 10 minutes. 
Oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers must unload and depart the site prior to the first scheduled entry time of 5:00AM.
Spaces are on asphalt down the middle of the street. Some with backs to a median.
Drive to space.

Security:
Overnight security provided.
