This is an outdoor festival and will open rain or shine. All exhibitors are expected to have their booths open during this time. Exhibitors should be prepared to protect their work in the event of rain or wind. If the weather turns severe, Historic New England reserves the right to close the show for safety reasons.

* Prior acceptance to festivals DOES NOT guarantee acceptance this year. Artsits are selected via a blind jury process and the jury panel changes every year. Please read the "Jury Process" section below for more information.

All products for sale must be original, hand-crafted, and well executed. Historic New England will not accept commercial goods for resale, kits, imported, or consigned goods. All artwork must be designed and crafted by the applying artisan.Work must be categorized into one of the following:

Folk Art
Soft Sculpture

Glass artists, please note - if more than 50% of the work you will be displaying is jewelry, please apply to the "Jewelry" category, not the "Glass" category

You may apply in up to 3 categories, but please only submit one application per category.

Artists are chosen using a blind jury process. A jury of 5-6 people, comprised of a combination of Historic New England employees, artists not associated with the Roseland Festival, and a representation of the demographic of festival attendees, review and score every application based solely on the photos submitted. Because the process is blind, the jury does not see names, websites, whether you've exhibited previously, etc. Artist scores are based 100% on the artist statement and the 5 photos submitted. As such, it is highly recommended that you use high quality, current images of your work.

Spaces are limited, our maximum capacity for this event is 175 booths, distributed as evenly as possible among all the categories.

Five (5) quality images must be submitted for each category entered by each artist: four of artwork/product and one of booth set-up.
