Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Application fee of $25 is non-refundable.
No refunds please!

Application Requirements:
All artists must submit at least three images of their work and a booth shot. You will not be considered without a booth shot.  Applications must be submitted by July 1, 2019. Check Zapp for acceptance of application no later than July 15, 2019. If you are accepted into the show, the booth fee must be paid no later than Aug 1, 2019. Any artists that have not paid will lose their space to an artist on the waiting list. Last year we filled up fast and had a wait list. Please sign up early and pay your booth fee as early as possible to save your spot if you want the same one as last year!  Electricity is NOT provided.

PLEASE NOTE: The city of Brookhaven is implementing a new Fire security requirement. We will be allowed to have only 7 tents in a row, then we must have a break in space between the next set of tents. This will allow us to have more "corner" spots available, but fewer tents over all.

Artist Amenities:
Each artist will receive the following:
  • Volunteer booth sitters
  • Vehicle loading/unloading at booth space
  • Complimentary coffee and snacks on Saturday morning
  • Publicity via print, broadcast and social media
  • Free parking Friday night - Sunday in MARTA parking lot right next to event
  • Complimentary water and snack wagon delivery to your booth Saturday and Sunday
Artist Awards:
Best in Show - free booth for following year, and the honor to design t-shirt for following year
1st place - free booth
2nd place - 1/2 booth fee
3rd place - 1/2 booth fee

Note Change of booth requirements:
The city will only allow seven 10 x 10 booths in a row. This will mean we will have more booths that could be considered a "corner" but they can only be 10 x 10.  So all end and corner booths are 10 x 10 and the same price.  The only 2 true "end booths are Numbers E 1 and E 55. If you want one of those please request it.  Otherwize, the corners will have 12 feet or more from the end of the booth to the next row of booths.
