Event Summary
The Frankfort Fall Festival, sponsered by the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce is one the largest all volunteer run Arts and Crafts shows in the country. In it's 51st year, this festival draws over 250,000 attendees over Labor Day Weekend annually. Consistently ranked among the top Arts and Crafts Festivals in the country, this all outdoor festival offers two Music Venues with top local talent, a Carnival, Labor Day Parade and a Food Court. Admission is free to the public. 45 minutes Southwest of Chicago, Frankfort, Il is rated in the top 10 suburbs in the Chicagoland area.

Saturday, August 31, 2019  10am to 6pm
Sunday, September 1, 2019 10am to 6pm
Monday, September 2, 2019 10am to 5pm

Only items accepted in the jury process will be permitted in the booth. The Fall Festival Jury Commitee reserves the right to review each booth after setup and require that items not meeting the guidelines of contract be removed from the booth. NO BUY/SELL. Handcrafted items only. **IMPORTANT** Photos submitted MUST include work area, work in progress, finished product and booth shot.

Rules/Regulations
The Artisan who designs and executes the work MUST be present during exhibiting hours of the Festival to show their work. No dealers or sales representatives are allowed. Artisans may not sublet or apportion space to anyone else. 

All work must be original, complete finished and created by the undersigned Artisan. No imports, kits, items made from kits or resale products may be displayed or sold. Artisan's may only show work typified by photos submitted. 

All categories shall be reviewed, juried and screened prior to acceptance. Any media NOT approved during the application process shall be removed. Separate photos for each category to be displayed shall be submitted. 

Insurance is required. Please upload insurance certificate or fax to 815-469-4352 no later than July 31, 2019.

Booth Information
10x10 booth space $525.00
10x20 booth space $1050.00
10x30 booth space is $1575.00

Electricity is is availble (limited). Power cord will be supplied up to your booth space. Fees are up to 15 amps $70.00, 15-20 amps $100.00. 

Booth Assignments are sent at the beginning of August. Setup times are assigned based on area of booth and can be either Friday between 4pm-8pm or Saturday between 5am-9am.
