Event Summary
The Highland Fest Art Fair is excited to announce our partnership with Friends of Highland Arts. Friends of Highland Arts (FHA) is a community driven nonprofit with a mission to bring people together to celebrate and support arts and culture in our schools and community. This partnership is sure to bring exciting improvements to the Highland Fest Art Fair!

The Highland Fest™ Art Fair is a two day outdoor celebration of the arts. It is a vital part of the 36th annual Highland Fest, which is proudly sponsored by the Highland Business Association. Our Festival enjoys on-location high-profile media broadcasting throughout the Twin Cities area. Captivating people of all ages, Highland Fest draws visitors from the region to enjoy the art fair, business fair, community village, free entertainment, children’s games, food trucks, wine tasting, 5K, and fireworks. General Information
  • 50,000 visitors over the weekend
  • All mediums accepted
  • Drive up access for booth loading and unloading available
  • Booth Sitters avaiable to artists during the show
  • 24 hour on site security
  • Complimentary Coffee and Doughnuts each morning of the show
  • Extensive marketing including radio, TV, print and Social Media
  • Show Hours are Saturday July 20th 10:00 am to 6:00 pm & Sunday July 21th 10:00 am to 5:00pm
  • Traveling Beverage and Snack Cart
  • Indoor restrooms and Complementary water

  • One Artist/Studio Per Booth
  • Original Art Created by Exhibitor/Studio
  • No Manufactured, Imported, Commercial, or Kit Work Accepted
  • No Dealers or Agents

Booth Information
  • 10x10 Booth Fee: $240 (plus non-refundable $25 application fee)
  • Exhibit Space Not to Exceed 10′ x 10′ (Reservation for a second space may be requested for an additional cost.)
  • One-half of booth fee refunded if cancellation prior to June 1, 2019.
  • No refunds provided thereafter. 
  • Booth structure maybe set up Friday night  July 19th.
