Event Summary
Our 9th year and 50th Anniversary of Woodstock 1969 - 2019.... So of course our theme this year at ArtStock is groovy and so 60s!  We encourage artists to dress the part.  Get out your funky 60s glasses, headband and bell bottoms.  Drink Wine, Listen to live music on two stages.  This is not to be missed! Beautiful farmland winery and apple orchard.  We have over 1800 people each day!  50 booths with amazing artists.  Hurry and get your prime spot now!  First come first serve.    Experience! Art & Wine and Music Festival. July 13th and 14th, 2019. Art-Lovers come from throughout the Twin Cities area and beyond for the opportunity to purchase great art, listen to live music, taste & purchase award-winning wines, plenty of unique food trucks with amazing food.

The Arts Community in Carver County welcomes all artists and festival-goers to this event which includes an assortment of exciting new artists, as well as old favorites representing diverse media such as photography, sculpture, wearable arts, glass, fibers and painting, and more... there is truly something for everyone!

General Information
Thank you for considering Artstock: Art, Wine & Music Festival as part of your 2019 show schedule. It is our goal to make this an easy, fun, and rewarding show for all involved! We are eager to have you join us and will do everything to make the ArtStock a huge success!

Parley Lake Winery, our festival location, offers a great, natural, outdoor setting and features a vineyard and orchard on the grounds.  Parley Lake Winery is located between Victoria and Waconia Minnesota off of Highway 5.

This event is sponsored by the Arts Consortium of Carver County - a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and sustaining the vibrant arts scene in Carver County. Our Mission: to strengthen our community through the arts - and cultivate the arts through community!

  • Each booth is to contain original work by the exhibiting artist(s). Work exhibited should be of equal quality and proportion as stated in the image information submitted with application. 
  • Artists must be present in the booth and be open throughout the official hours of the Festival.
  • Single booth tent size is 10’ X 10’. Booth spaces are outdoors on grass and/or gravel.  Please be prepared for various weather conditions.  Please be prepared to adapt to your assigned space. 
  • All exhibitors must comply with Minnesota statutes by having a MN tax ID number and an Operator Certificate of Compliance (ST-19) for 2019.  (A copy of your ST-19 must be handed in to a Show respresentaive at the time of setup.) Artists and booth owners are responsible for all requirements pertaining to statutes and tax law.
  • Although the Festival will provide some security, exhibitors are responsible for any loss, theft or damage to their work and/or personal property while setting up, participating in and taking down their exhibit.
  • Setup: Early setup is available Friday, 12, 5:00 - 8:00 pm Saturday morning setup- 7:00-9:00 am must complete booth setup by 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 13th.
  • Take down: Sunday 14th by 7:00 p.m.  
  • A non-refundable Application fee  - $25 - will be deposited upon receipt.
  • Booth fees will be deposited upon notification of acceptance.
  • A $50 cancellation fee will be applicable if withdrawal is requested after notification and deposit of fees. Cancellations must be in writing. After July 1, no refunds will be given.
  • Each exhibitor must comply with all festival policies and procedures as well as city, state and federal laws. 
  • We respectfully request that you refrain from smoking on winery grounds.
  • Pets are welcome!  

Booth Information
Single booth fee is $150.  Application fee is $25.

IF you are a members of the Arts Consortium of Carver County, you will receive coupon - a code giving you a $25 discount - redeemable at checkout.
