JURY DETAILS

Event Summary
The Bodega Seafood, Art & Wine Festival has it all! A benefit for two wonderful non-profits, it features 100 high-quality artisans, 15 food vendors, a tasting with over 40 wineries and breweries, 3 stages of entertainment, fun kid's activities and more. Held on a picturesque, rural ranch a few miles inland from the spectacular Sonoma Coast, the location is as unique as the festival.

Drawing 9-10,000 people annually, the festival has a loyal local, and not-so-local, following, plus each year brings a big influx of tourists from throughout the Bay Area and beyond. This is an art-appreciative crowd, as the festival has a reputation as one of the top art events in northern California.

WHERE WE ARE:

Bodega is a tiny village 1 mile inland from coast Hwy 1 in western Sonoma County, California. We are 1.5 hours north of San Francisco. This is the locale for the famous Alfred Hitchcock movie, "The Birds." In fact the schoolhouse from the film is within sight of the festival grounds.

This festival is produced by two craftspeople, who have had over 30 years experience as both festival organizers and artists on the festival circuit.

Booth Information
YOU HAVE 2 BOOTH LOCALE OPTIONS*

*OUTSIDE BOOTH:
This is a standard 10x10 or 10x20 in the open field of the festival grounds. There is no power, and it is advisable to bring your canopy as there are few fully shady spots. This is a rural ranch. The ground is level, but bumpy in places

*INSIDE PAVILION TENT ($100 more):
The Pavilion Tent is the entrance/exit for the festival, so everyone gets excellent exposure. It's a heavy-walled, 3-sided tent which includes electricity. Although it is generally a lovely time of year, we are near the coast so can experience wind and fog, or it can be very hot. You can use your canopy inside the tent if desired, or you can set up without one.
