Event Summary
MountFest , a celebration of Art, Food and Music. MountFest showcases the work of artists and craftspeople. Live music, food trucks and selections from local and regional breweries and wineries provide an amazing afternoon for you and your family. Located on the beautiful grounds of Mount Saint Francis, IN. MountFest is less than 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY.

Permitted mediums: All work must be made by the applying artist/craftsperson. 

• Ceramics, Drawing/Pastels, Painting, Photography, Jewelry, Fiber/Leather, Woodworking, Furniture, Metalwork,  Sculpture, Glass, Book Arts/Papermaking and Mixed Media.

Juried artist applications are processed through ZAPP. For an application to be processed, you must fully complete and submit the online application, including three digital images and one booth image as specified below, and the $25 non-refundable payment through Zapp using an accepted credit card, Pay Pal, or check. Follow Zapp guidelines and quality specifications for uploading images. Please submit high quality images, as they are critical to the jury selection process. If you do not have a booth image please include a blank image for the booth image.

Jury is scheduled for April 2 - 12, 2019. The jury will select a balance of mediums but we do not impose limits for any given category. Jury decisions are final and not subject to review. The jury is conducted by a panel of five members and their selections will be based solely upon the quality of work as illustrated in submitted digital images.

​Accepted artists will be notified via email, or phone no later than April 15, 2019. A reserve list of Waitlist artists will also be selected to ensure a complete and balanced show. Waitlist artists will be notified by phone or email immediately after April 15, 2019.

​We expect and encourage artists to offer a varied price range. We ask that the images you submit represent the price range you will display at MountFest.

This is a RAIN or SHINE event. All spaces are outdoors under large tents provided by MountFest.

All work must be original, handcrafted work made by the applying artist/craftsperson. No commercial, mass produced products are allowed. 

Artists may share booths, but each artist must submit individual applications. 

Work submitted for the juried process must be representative of the work to be exhibited at MountFest. On the day of the event, MountFest reserves the right to reject any items that deviate from the work approved by the jury committee. 

You are not guaranteed media or product exclusivity.

No reproductions are allowed except in the case of photographs and prints. Reproductions must be in signed editions of no more than 250, hand pulled by the artist.

Artists retain 100% of their sales and are responsible for the collection and reporting of all applicable sales taxes.

Booth Information
Booth size is 10x10, double booths are available. All exhibited work should be contained within the 10x10 area.  All exhibitors are responsible for providing display booths, racks, tables, fixtures, and associated display equipment and supplies. Electricity is available on a limited basis and must be indicated in application. 
Booth fees: 10' x 10' - $125.00, Double booth - $200.00

Booth must be set up no later than 1 pm and remain open until 8:00 pm.
