SHOW DIRECTOR’S SUGGESTION: We recommend that you apply EARLY as the show and/or most categories will fill quickly. (Please note that your invitation email may go to your SPAM folder, so it is in your best interest to check your status on ZAPP or check your SPAM folder.) Upon receiving an invitation to participate in the show, you will need to submit at least a 50% deposit/booth fee immediately to secure your space in the show. Simply ACCEPTING on ZAPP will not secure your space in the show.

  1. If you plan on initially paying just the 50% deposit, you will need to contact Artisanville at: info@artisanville.net so that a paypal invoice can be created and sent to you, or to let them know that you will be mailing in a check. The balance will then be due by September 1st.
  2. If you plan on paying for the entire booth you may proceed through ZAPP and purchase the booth you choose.

Due to the deadline being so close to the show date, the show will most likely be closed prior to the deadline. Please note that we will keep a WAITLIST for each medium and will be contacting waitlisted individuals as space becomes avalable.
MEDIA CATEGORIES -- All work must be original, handcrafted, created and exhibited by the approved artist(s). Under certain circumstances a family member is acceptable to represent the artist, but no agents or dealers are permitted. • Have a factory or a team that makes the work under your direction
  • You plan on having a representative/agent staff your booth
  • Make work from kits or assemble other people’s work into something else

The second medium MUST NOT represent more then 25% of your booth items.  Everything in your booth should be cohesive and complementary or you will be asked to remove it.  Please make sure one of your photos reflects this work.

(Refunds for electricity and anything ordered through the decorator must be dealt with directly through those vendors. Artisanville is not responsible for them but will assist if at all possible.)

Booth Information
A variety of booth sizes are available at different rates. Each booth will have 3 walls provided, created with white pipe and drape that will be 8 feet high. This will include the back wall and 2 sides. Exhibitors are to provide their own displays, racks and/or tables in order to show their work.  All tables must be totallly covered to the floor with nothing under the table showing. Ribbons or awards from other shows may not be displayed.

Flooring is polished concrete so you are required to provide some type of floor covering for your booth. The goal is to make your booth look like a “mini” art gallery or individual shop.  (Decorator assistance is available....see the Artisanville website for a form request). Electricity is available and highly recommended. Handwritten signs and sale signs are strickly prohibited.  Exhibitors will leave their exhibit space clean after packing up. If your space is not clean after the event, you may be expelled from future shows.

Booth appearance at the show must resaonably resemble the booth slide submitted to the jury. Recognizing that it is the artistic experience that we explore and move on to new and different directions, whether or not there was misrepresentation with any part of the application remains the sole decision of the director. There are no refunds of any kind should the artist be asked to remove part or all of his/her display, and the artist shall have no recourse. Such decisions are not made lightly but are always made in the best interest of the show’s reputation and integrity, and the reputation and integrity of the art show industry.
