Event Summary
For over 40 years Sugarloaf has provided a low overhead market for artists and crafts people to sell their work. At Sugarloaf's Edison show, you will reach shoppers in New Jersey's affluent suburbs. This show replaces our previous festival at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset.​

Notice: Use this application to apply to our spring Edison show. Please also cosider our Fall ’19 shows.

Deadline: Jurying for our Spring 2019 shows began July 29, 2019. We continue to accept applications until shows are filled.

Show Overview & General Info

Sell your art to enthusiastic and affluent shoppers from Middlesex, Somerset, Hunterdon, Morris, Mercer and Bergen counties in New Jersey. The area has a combined population of more than one million people with high per capita income, and is close enough to draw from NYC (60 min) and Philly (90 min). Averaging more than 20,000 qualified shoppers per event, Sugarloaf Crafts’ Edison, NJ show is your opportunity to build your collectors and your business. For over 40 years, Sugarloaf Craft Festivals features the industry’s best marketing and advertising programs. Utilizing advanced social media and digital marketing, print media, radio ads, billboards and more, enthusiastic and supportive shoppers look forward to this special event in Edison, NJ twice each year. We invite qualified exhibitors to apply to be a part of Sugarloaf’s special creative community!

Setup: Thursday 10am – 8pm
Show Hours: Friday & Saturday: 10am – 6pm, Sunday: 10am – 5pm
Public Admission Tickets: $10 adults, children free

& Fee
  • 4 images of your work required
  • 1 booth image required – applications submitted without a booth image will not be accepted. A 3-sided, professional looking booth display is required for all exhibitors (corners may be exception).
  • $20 application fee (non-refundable)
  • Jury results will be sent by e-mail within 2 weeks of application (you will receive notification from Sugarloaf directly, not through Zapp)
