Event Summary

Central Oregon is a go to destination in the Summer and Winter. Bend, is one of the fastest growing cities in the West. Seven Peaks School is one of the top private schools in Bend, Oregon. The Seven Peaks Art Festival is a commission show benefiting the school’s scholarship program and will be a key summer fundraising event for the parents and community. The date of this event puts it the weekend before one of the top events in The Northwest so you can plan to enjoy the adventure of Central Oregon before heading up or this can be a destination by itself.

Jury selection
Our jury will select the most suited individuals from each category
It will be based on your work, your display (please supply booth images of actual display in a Festival setting), and how your art relates to the area. There will be a no nudity rule due to the family atmosphere we will be providing.
All artist must have at least 50% original work.
Artist services
Booth sitters will be provided
Snacks and water will be provided
Promotion of event will come from website, social media and an ad campaign.
RV parking
There will be overnight parking available, the details and rules will be communicated before the event.
Artist parking
Artist parking will be offered and strictly enforced. We want our customers to have access to the best parking.
Only white tents will be allowed unless prior approval is obtained
Artist must provide their own tent and walls
A minimum of 25lbs on each tent leg will be enforced.
Weather in July is usually in the lower 80’s to upper 90’s please come prepared. An occasional thunder storm is a possibility in our dry high desert climate.



Rules of the Show

  1. All work must be original, handcrafted work.
  2. Artist guarantees the accuracy of the description of the work presented and the authenticity of the work as the creation of their own hands.
  3. Work done by a production studio is not acceptable.
  4. All work must be designed and executed by the accepted artist.
  5. An artist may not submit multiple applications in one category.
  6. An artist may apply in multiple categories with different bodies of work, but each category requires a separate application and fee.
  7. Artist is requested to be present in his/her booth for the entire three days of The Seven Peaks Art Festival.
  8. All artwork exhibited in the booth must be in the same category and be of the same quality and style as the work selected by the jury.
  9. Reproductions of an artist's original work are allowed, but must be labeled as reproductions and must be numbered (not to exceed 250).

All booths have a 10% commission that goes to the school
10x10 in-line $200
10x10 corner $300 (limited availability)
10x20 in-line $400
10x20 corner $500 (limited availability)
Note: Some corners will have access but are not on an isle. Almost all booths are on a slight side slope so bring supplies to level if needed.
Shared booths will not be allowed.
