Event Summary
The Hill Country Galleria Independence Day Festival is a family-friendly arts & live music show that will be held on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Caves, Texas. Admission is FREE. Features include 100 arts/crafts/visual artisan vendors, national caliber live entertainment, food concessions, fireworks, sponsor displays, multiple water rides and mechanical rides for children, and a petting zoo.

Rules/Regulations

A KEY ELEMENT FOR THIS FESTIVAL IS THE SET UP - PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

 

ARRIVAL/BOOTH SET UP:
 

LOAD IN WILL BEGIN AT 6AM; HOWEVER, DUE TO SPACING ISSUES FOR ALL VENDORS LOADING IN, WE CANNOT BEGIN FINAL BOOTH SETUP UNTIL 9AM.
 

ALL VENDORS PLEASE ENTER THRU MAIN ENTRANCE OF HILL COUNTRY GALLERIA LOCATED OFF HWY
71.

We will have personnel at entrance greeting participants and directing them to their respective booth spaces.    


Your booth number will be marked in the middle of the street floor. 


Once you arrive at your booth location, please unload your vehicle and place everything as close to the SOUTHSIDE curb as possible and then PARK YOUR VEHICLE.


Please do not begin final setup in middle of street where your numbered booth is until 9AM. 


NOTE: this procedure and cooperation from all vendors is necessary in order to allow all vehicles enough room to enter for drop off. 


ALL VEHICLES MUST BE CLEARED OUT OF FLOOR NO LATER THAN 9AM.


PARKING FOR VENDORS: We suggest parking in large parking garage on North side of main street (refer to MAP). There is ample parking throughout the Galleria grounds as well. 

Vehicles arriving after 9AM will be prohibited from loading in with vehicle at booth location.

All vehicles unloading after 9AM will have to manually carry any materials to booth space. 

 

GENERAL APPLICATION RULES
 

Booth fee is for booth space only. It is your responsibility to bring your own tent, tables, chairs and any other display items.
 

Standard booth spaces are 10 feet wide by 11 feet deep. You will be required to keep your display entirely within that space, without exception.
 

No generators allowed.
 

Electricity is not provided for art vendors. We suggest battery operated or solar lanterns for lighting. 

 

ONSITE SPECIFICATIONS
 

Tents may NOT be secured to the street by nails or any other puncture procedure. This can result in a city citation and / or event expulsion. 
 

Only items provided on vendor’s application and juried by SEM staff are allowed. The sale of any other item may lead to event expulsion.
 

Vehicles are not allowed on the festival grounds from Sat. 9AM until 9:30PM after the fireworks are finished.

 

LOAD-OUT
 

The vendor part of the event officially ends at 9:00PM. 
 

FIREWORKS START @ 9:10PM. 
 

After fireworks have ended – please pack your items, move them towards the Southside curb, and get your vehicle to load out. 
 

All equipment must be torn down and off the street by 11:59 PM, Saturday night. 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
 

There are no refunds or cancellations. 
 

In the event of a cancellation, payment will be credited to a future Hill Country Galleria Independence Day Festival. 
 

This event is held in a temporary outdoor venue; as such we are affected by weather and other factors that are out of our control.

We cannot reimburse for displays or any vendor products or items that may be affected by weather or other occurring circumstances that may cause damage to vendor’s property.

Application Fee is seprate from booth fee. Application Fee and Booth Fee are both NON REFUNDABLE.
