Event Summary

Why should the big City and Urban Markets have all the fun?.....
Welcome to the first ever Traditional Holiday Market at Highland Garden Center.  The Market is located on a highly visible street in the heart of some of the most exclusive neighborhoods of South Metro Denver.  Cherry Hills, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village and Highlands Ranch all within 10 minutes!

A selected group of Colorado's finest Artisans will transform The Garden Center in Centennial CO  into a unique Boutique-Style outdoor Christmas Village.  Add Market Lighting, Food Trucks and Fresh Colorado air and we will turn this "Summer Landscape" into a "Winter Wonderland"?

We are looking for a diverse group of artisans and makers of all mediums.
We hope you will consider letting us host you and your work at this charming Market.

This is a juried show, all submissions are judged on their overall quality and uniqueness.  Images are reviewed by jurors in a blind jury online process.

We will have a central checkout station where all finances and wrapping will be done, leaving you more time to engage with your customers.

Electricity is limited, battery operated or wireless lighting to light your own space is provided by artists.

Event Times:  Friday Nov. 1st (4pm - 8pm)  Grand Opening
                     Saturday Nov. 2nd (10am - 7pm)
                     Sunday Nov. 3rd (10am - 3pm)


General Information
This venue offers many options for Booth opportunities.  There are spaces for traditional 10' x 10' tents as well as a variety of tiered shelving opportunities for small and large space needs.  This variety of booth spaces will add to the Market atmosphere.

We are offering "Single Point of Sale" for this Market.  
12% of your Sales covers: 
  • Labor for all check out and wraping.   
  • Wrapping Materials. 
  • Sales Tax, collected and Paid (no Sales Tax Licencing required)
  • Credit Card Management and fees paid. 
  • Your Sales Checks will be distributed with in 2 weeks of the show.                       
       
 

Rules/Regulations
Images required to apply:  4 images of work + one display shot (not necessarily a booth shot)
        (Keep in mind this is a traditional Holiday Market and Displays are important in our selection process)
Set-Up:  Thurs Oct 31st (staggered times), car drive up to booth for easy setup.
Security: Overnight security each night of setup and show.
Parking:  Free Parking on Premises.
Wait List: PLEASE NOTE that we will keep a WAIT LIST on a catergory basis. 
                 We will contact you as soon as we have an opening in the show.
Pets:  Sorry no pets (except service animals)
Accepted artists or a representative must be present during all Market hours at each booth.

Artists Responsibilities:
  • All artists assume full responsibility for their own work.  The Event/Venue and Organizers assume no liability for any lost, damaged, or disposed of pieces.  It is recommended that all artists get event insurance.
  • In case of incliment weather artists are responsible for protection of their own work.  In the event of catestrophic weather we offer "Weather Delay Dates" for the following weekend.  No refunds will be given due to weather.
  • Quality Control.  The hosts of the show have the right to request any work be removed that is not suitable for a family event.  They also have the right to request display changes.
  • In accepting for this show each artist accepts that the booth space locations assigned will be final.  
  • In accepting for this show each artists agrees to stay for the full 3 day duration of the event

Booth Spaces / Fee:
Option 1 - Full Space 10' x 10' - $280.00 (Artists provide own tent)
Option 2 - Full Space 10' x 10' - $280.00 (Not covered)
                  (Tiered display / planter stands provided)
Option 3 - Half Space 10' x 5' - $180.00 (Not covered)
                  (Provide own displays/tables)
Option 4 - 6' x 3' - $100.00 (not covered)
                   (Provide own displays/table)
In addition to booth spaces Artists will pay 12% of sales for OH - including sales tax, CC fees, wraping etc.
